What is an Overland 4Runner? What parts does an Overland Built Toyota 4Runner have? Today, we show you what a fully-built Overland-Focused Toyota 4unner looks like. This 2014 Trail Edition Premium 4Runner is ARB air locked in the front powered by a 5.7 cfm ARB twin compressor onboard air, and e-locked in the rear. Re-geared with Nitro-Gears (4.88 gear ratio). It features a GFC (go fast campers) rooftop tent, 23ZERO Perigrine 180R awning, TruckValut drawer system + drawer fridge, KC Lights all the way around (light bars, ditch lights, rock lights, etc.), super clean custom switch wiring, and full armor throughout. For armor, the 4Runner includes C4 Fabrication Rock Sliders, C4 Fabrication gas tank skid, RCI front skid plate, RCI transmission skid plate. RCI t-case skid plate, and RCI link skids. kind of weird that looking at an overbuilt mom car makes you want to go "camp". Just wanting to be outside should be one of the main reasons to go camping not glamping.

No you can leave that switchpro setup where it is. No need to move it with a SC.

Not to be a negative nancy what so ever. I have a 2020 TRD ORP. GOALS!...but it's not a truck. We have SUV's.
You’re not being negative, just incorrect. They are trucks, but not “pick up” trucks. It is also an SUV, but they’re are 2 types … crossovers (car bases platforms) and trucks (body on frame platforms).
To each their own on this one. I own a 1988 4Runner, and technically it's a 2nd Generation Toyota pickup - which is a truck. The 4Runner was born from a truck chassis that was used by Winnebago to build the first Toyota Trekker which later became the 4Runner we all know and love today. It was born from a truck heritage, lives on a truck chassis, serves the same body-on-frame design as a Toyota truck, and continues to be referred to as a truck by many dealers and service technicians. Can you call it an SUV? Sure. Can you call it a truck? Sure. - To each their own.

Does the Trail Edition come with a 3rd row? May need the extra seating for a 3rd rascal
You can add 3rd row. But, it's not worth it on the 4R. Space is great maybe for a dog, nothing more because there's hardly any leg room. Check it out for yourself next time you're at the dealership and they have one in stock to see for yourself. If you want 3rd row, go Highlander or Sequoia if you're looking to stay in the 'Yota family.
Approximately what is the cost of all the accessories you put on this ultimate 4runner? Craziest build in terms of all the stuff you put on it.

AT this stage of the build it was getting about 10MPG. No great, but I'd rather have 35" tires than better MPGs.

I am not rich - I just work 15--18 hour days and have since I was in my early twenties. My dad raised me on 7 acres. I ran heavy equipment, built kitchen/bath cabinets, did years of carpentry work, worked on his 60's collections of Volkswagon, etc. - This shit was not given to me. I earned every dollar in my bank account.
I dont think bragging about a dealer doing the maintenance is a good thing these days.
People love seeing dealer records for service when it comes to resale. Having worked as a car salesman and in the service industry, it's a lot stronger than taking someone at face value. When you have it all packaged up in 3 ring binder with clear sleeves with the service history, records, etc - it's a whole lot better than trying to say "Yeah, I did it all on my own"... just believe me. No one is bragging. It's for resale.
