600 is representative of the power plant providing the power of a 6 liter V12...it kinda did if you compare it to the 2000 750il but the LS only came in at 438 hp. Where the car lacks in HP, it does have some great torque with the electric motor. I love mine.

Very true. It was trying to keep up with the RR, Maybach S 600, 750 bmw. And though it was the only V8 hybrid amongst v12's, it beat some and lagged just behind others in that group.

My 2006 Lexus GS450h also has adaptive headlights and radar cruise control.
Super Dope!.. iv since discovered the radar cruise control will NOT bring the car to a stop. 😲 It will beep at 35mph and requires the driver to apply braking manually to 0mph.

No way😬 the hybrid battery is responsible for 2 Air Conditioning systems within the car. When the hybrid battery reaches a critically low. charge the car will not go above 5mph then stops entirely,! FORTUNATELY Toyota hybrid batteries are legendary for longevity. I just restarted my car and the battery began normal charging and was fine!😲🥳😂

@@josephcacho5380 mine failed after carwash.. the undercarriage blasters hit sensitive equipment I'm SURE. Once the car sat for 5min and the water drained the car had been fine for a month now.. no worries about Toyota products.. iv driven to Desdin, Panama City, Tampa, Daytona all from north Georgia without any hickups... 🎯💯😎😎

Hey Curtis, i found a 2008 one of these but it doesn't have a message remote.
I has the executive i think because it has the rear console,but only a remote for the entertainment system.
Without the remote, there's no way to use the massage feature right?

Thanks! 😄Disc Auxiliary button between fm button and the scan button. Press repeatedly until hdd appears on navigation screen.. you may have to insert cd and press record so you have at least 1 disc of info on hdd drive

NOBODY gets rid of this car. The engines are famously known for 700k and up. Usually inside the Tundra. It was only by a COMPLETE MIRACLE that I snatched this car off the market because a pastors wife demanded the newest version with all the latest technology. I got this one 25minutes after he posted it for sale no questions asked. Iv known about this car for a decade and very few people know it exists. Very Low key, old school Luxury. No longer in production. The closest thing to it is a LS 500 hybrid, or the LX 600 suv.

@@dibaz1 my last oil change was 38 dollars. I brought my own synthetic to the dealer. No real serious issues. 🤷🏾♂️ it is as advertised. Any anomalies seem to resolve themselves. Whenever I think a problem may be nearing the problem vanishes... odd unusual sound 🤔 gone the next time I use the car...🤷🏾♂️ seem to have a computer working at all times to keep the car operating as intended... Could be my imagination... So Far So Great. Oil was so clean after 5k it was a mystery. Iv not ever seen anything like it. 🤷🏾♂️ that engine does not work hard even at 65mph 1000-2000 rpms

Yes, good ear 🎯 it was the coolant pump and it has been replaced a couple 1000 miles later😀🙄😬

What's with the engine rattle?
It was the water pump it has been replaced. They tend to fail on schedule.

@@sonofapollo5892 a weak point in this car's design is the water pump. I'm told it will fail repeatedly. For me I got about 1500miles after this video before the pump CC would no longer hold coolant and was replaced...

How long have you owned the car?
@@sonofapollo5892 probably not a problem at all. There are a couple more tasks being asked of the hybrid model such as cooling the hybrid battery... Think this causes the pump and entire coolant system to be over worked...
Man that car sounds terrible, all that knocking and pinging going on I’d be embarrassed making a video, putting my car on blast…you have to maintain these cars… showing what ever kind of watch that is, that money should have been put towards that awful sounding engine… and that’s just sitting at idle SMDH
The car gave out soon after the video! Fortunately right in front of the dealership. Took them 6hours to replace water pump. Now it's quite again... 🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫
