At least always wear a helmet if you're going down hills. Do lots of research to find the right board for you. Friends are cool to longboard with too. Eventually explore new things and tricks to do with your board

Look for the Restless Big Boy, it's a good board for all around longboarders who don't do skateboarding tricks (there's no tail and nose). Might fit you just right

u mean duro not hardness and there abec 11 no skoolz so prob 78a or 81a.
Lol. Hardness means duro. Duro means hardness. And NoSkoolz range from 76a to 88a.
