    I don’t know if you still keep up with this but I notice I don’t get much height when I thrust the weight but I feel it in the areas I’m working. Am I doing it wrong?

    What is the purpose of the kettlebell swing? I've seen this exercise done and be quite popular.

      it is important to build strong, powerful hips because hips are really the driver of most movement. The stronger your hips can get, the better your movement will become!
