Follow These Simple Steps:
Step 1: Get free hosting and a domain name:
Go to infinityfree hosting site and create a hosting account.
get a subdomain or get a custom domain for free from the freedom website.
Step 2: Launch your website:
Access your Cpanel after setting up your hosting and domain.
Install WordPress in your Cpanel
Step 3: Start Building your site
Login to your website
Type /wp-login after your site address and press enter and log in into your site.
choose a theme for your website.
Step 4: Edit your site content
Simply go to the site page that you want to edit and press edit with elementor.
To customize the header section go to WordPress admin - appearance - Customization and edit your header content from there.
Step 5: Add a new page to your site
Goto WordPress dashboard - pages and click add new.
Enter the page tile and click edit with elementor.
Start building your page from scratch or use pre-made templates.

Is there any way to be able to drag text and images around free form anywhere on tablet, phone and dekstop versions?
I'm sitting manually tinkering borders, margins and things that are not mean for positioning of elements.
Is this different from regular vs. Pro? (I don't have Pro)

no pro is same like regular justwith additonal options, but now you can use elenmentor theme and directly combine with your wordpress block editor. that will make things a lot easier.
