background, I have been coaching wordpress for a company for 6+ years. I have worked in hosting for 2+ years. this video is very good. nice overall view of the process of using good tools. One note of warning though, This is the basics, Please don't assume that this is all there is to having a website. there is more, managing and painting are just a couple of things. Spend time to learn the builder. and things. but one of the best starter videos with quality tools and great overall view of the basic of template use.
I'm curious about the fees. The free WordPress option charges a 10 percent commission. So if you follow the steps provided the cost is what you showed in the beginning of the video plus a 10% commission charged by Wordpress on their free website builder option?

This is clickbait. It may take 10 minutes to install a version of WordPress, but that's all. To fill up that install will take considerably longer. For instance how long did he spend to select the template he's using or decide on the color palette. If you only spend 10 min. you have some junk on the internet, that's all. Not a solid marketing asset. The video is misleading and is here to sell you their stuff when the fantasy of building a 10 min. website fails. It is irresponsible.
It's that kind of click bait that he could justify that he means he will teach you in 10mins, not that you will make it in 10mins. It's how RUclipsrs these days play with words. It's still click bait tho
Design choices are the personal touch, though. And it does take time to refine those choices.
I think you need to check the meaning of click bait.
Nobody who clicked the video actually thought that the process would take 10minutes. It is just a confirmation that building a decent website is not a 30-day job

I got as far as activating a theme called 'Feelin'Good', since Astra said I needed an upgrade to select it. I've activated 'Feelin'Good' theme but there is no option to select it, as you would with Astra. So there are no options for dashboard available to let me into the starter templates section. What can I do please?

I found this really helpful thank you. Although how does the one month add up to 40 dollars after all the fees? I tried it out and it was like 20 or less, which is more than half the amount of paying for an entire year. It seems cheaper in the end but remember you're still paying more than double and if you are just wanting to try it out for a month I'd go with the 1 month.

You can not build a website in 10 minutes.a real website requires way, way, way more then 10 minutes. Been building sites for 23 years.

you failed to mention that after the $2-3 plan, you get charged for each website you build. so they will hit your credit card for each website. 3 websites 3 separate charges and those will be annual charges

Way too fast for me! Yes, possibly a perfect approach to build a website. But there are a lot of decisions to make and not sufficient explanation on why for what (the choice).
How can you make a website in ten minutes?
Its not free. You have to upgrade to a creator plan to use elementor. This is misleading and a waste of time. throwing me in the wrong direction thinnking I were going to be able to do this without paying more than I already have for a domain and a monthly plan. I'm so annoyed.
