Once I convert my Google site to WordPress using the service you mentioned can I later take that WordPress site and host it someplace else?
Yes you should. When I did the tutorial, it was possible to use a plugin to backup the site to your main domain. However, I have gotten someone complain of not being able to.

Wondering why you can’t just download the Google site directly from Google takeout - why do you have to move the Google site file to another folder first and then download the folder ?

Hi, when I download the zip file, I only see Drafts folder and not the Published folder. Could you please advise why? Did I miss anything?

What use is a comments section that deletes comments that are critical of the product in the video. Are only favourable comments allowed?
