Killers was my first Iron Maiden album. Still learning from it here with a lesson on how to look after yourself and keep healthy.
That's too much awesomeness for one room 🫣
After decades of ignoring him, now that they see him in a wheelchair they come to greet him.
Very nice meeting...
dang, watching Steve in excellent good shape and DiAnno in that condition, crazy.
I thought it was Bam Bam Bigelow for a second.
Leyendas!
loved the first 2 albums but Bruce is definitely what the band needed. Still a very sad video none the less but very wholesome.
Paul Di'anno album were the best Maiden albums it's a crime they didn't stay together
Agree!
I agree with you about the albums and I'm not that interested in anything they did after those but I don't think they would have achieved such massive success without Bruce Dickinson.
I love the first two Iron Maiden albums, but let's face it. Paul's behavior was self-destructive, the band started having to cancel shows because of him, and in others he could barely sing.
For Iron to become the band it has become today, Paul needed to be fired.
@@raphao1391 It's true he wasn't capable of handling himself. The singer has to be fit for sure. But maybe they could have helped him a bit more.
@@raphao1391 wait a rock frontman in the 80s was self destructive? Surely that never happened before 😑
The image your memory contains of people may be drastically different than reality when you are suddenly confronted by them.
And still Steve Harris looks really good. Not sure exactly how old he is, but it must be close to 60.
@@peterrevens8454 he is about 65 years old, but yeah, he looks amazing for his age.
So cool 😎🙌
Paul always was and is the Greatest MAIDEN vocalist
Yes, Paul Bruce Dickinson
A lot of people don't realise that Bruce's first name is Paul.
I can't BELIEVE how GREAT Steve STILL LOOKS !!!!!!!!!❤🐺
He is like an olympic athlete, soccer and playing metal keeps him young.
I lived in LA in 91 and was introduced to Paul and his then band sorry can’t remember the bands name but went out with him and partied he was a top guy but it was wild in LA in them days great memories
I see a lot of people saying about the band would be better with him iinstrad of Dickinson, but i cant imagine iron maiden without hallowed be thy name or rime of the ancient mariner the way it is, i love the work of paul in the first two album, but with all due respect, bruce brought greatness for iron maiden, too many classics to ignore.
Had Paul stayed longer then I reckon it would have been the case that songs on the next album would have been more suited to Paul’s style. Out there in the ether somewhere is a what might have been third album. If the first two albums are anything to go by it would have been the dogs bollocks.
I really love the singing on the first three albums. I love Pauls' attitude and more rocky gravely kinda voice. Also I think Bruce's was at his peak on Number of the beast.
legendary meeting
Legends
The world would love if they recorded ONE song togeher again
Killers is my favorite album of theirs actually.
Ides, wrathchild, murders in the rue morgue...non stop epic powerful metal magic. The Killers album has a very special position in my heart
Nice to see you, to see you is nice. This was quite heartwarming, however I have to say that they have indeed met various times since early 80s, rarely but nevertheless.
Paul the original voice of maiden
Well... that's half true, because Iron Maiden's original voice is Paul Mario Day :)
But Bruce is the best!
@@toddlesiak3837 Bullshit.
He was the third voice of Maiden!
Bloody good, though.
Lol NO...... he's the 3rd voice of Iron Maiden... they were a band for FIVE YEARS before they cut a record
Killers is a great album..
Steve Harris was an incredible musician
I think the situation between these two would be much better if:
- Paul had not compared Steve with hitler
- Paul hadn't said that Steve was a bad songwriter.
- Paul hadn't said that Steve only cared about money.
Just saying
In rock and metal democracy doesn t work.....Steve Is the Head....stop
Paul diano to me will always be the true sound of maiden
He gave it the extra oomph
Nice❤
Paul is awesome vocals Strange World
So fuckin hard to ser Paul in a wheelchair. Great great singer !
I like the first album it was cool too!
Steve Harris is the person I see in my mind whenever I hear or read the words Heavy Metal. Bruce is for me the best singer Iron Maiden ever had, Paul is excellent on the first two albums but as he himself said in an interview: “Bruce IS the only singer that can sing Iron Maiden, my voice wouldn’t fit the sound they have at all. Bruce is also the nicest bloke in heavy metal, he’s always been great towards me.”
Let’s just say they are two great singers with completely different styles.
🤘🏻🇸🇪🤘🏻
Great
Wow, two legends!
Killer scene!
god bless you all
And that was it, a one a half minute meeting after more than 40 years of not seeing each other.
thats all WE saw
1980, seen Iron Maiden opening for Kiss. Paul was always a great singer for I.M. . Anyway, it was a great concert
I don't think Steve is particularly excited to see Paul...
The old warrior meets the master
