    WOW so challenging but fun. Lots of variety. Deadlifts/Squat thrusts were very difficult for me and had to lower weight so could complete whole round. Thanks Tracy.

    That was freakin AMAZING Tracy!!! 🎉🎉🎉😅😅😅😅 I feel so great after this workout! Just a sweaty accomplished mess! It was so fun and went by so fast! Thank you Tracy - this totally made the 5 AM rise worth every minute 😄🙏

    I loved this workout. The mix of timed and rep based moves are my favorite. Makes the workout seem likes it is going fast, even when it's not. Took me longer to complete the 10 minute amrap as I wanted to up with your reps. I did alot of walking around my house to catch my breath! I really liked the visuals for the deadlift/squat press, really helpful. Thanks Tracy. Would love to see more of these!

    Oh my gosh! I think that was the toughest workout I’ve done in a very long time. I feel very strong and accomplished for having finished it though (even if I was cursing your name a couple times along the way). Thanks for making workouts that are so challenging and never, ever boring.

    Wow that was brutally insane! The last 2 formats, the 10-1 ladder and the AMRAP just about did me in completely but I got through it! Was shooting for 4 rounds on Amrap but I just barely eeked out 5!!! This whole format was fantastic!

    Ok!! Thar was one of the toughest workouts I have done in awhile!! Killer!! The ladder was mega tough but what got me was the 10 minute AMRAP! Don't think I have done a 10 minute one! Feeling very accomplished after this one ! Thank you !

    Whew! Went back and did this one cuz it's on my list of all time favorites! LOVE/HATE this format lol! I forgot Lily did a cameo here! Hi Lily cutie!!! Also....I faked myself out on this one! I was finishing the compound set and was like ok doing amrap next and then I'm done...then lo and behold....yucky...had to do the deadlift/thrust ladder first!! Lol. that threw me off ha! THEN the amrap, quite a finisher! FIRE!!!

    This style isn't my preference but I'm glad I did it. I think we need to change things up now and again and I proved to myself I could do it. I felt great afterwards. So happy now 💪🔥💕
