Small doing…. How does the load resistor get 20mA? The sever Diode and load are in parallel so there would be a current passing Zener diode right?

Ur right,I missed the zener current in the calculation we should have to take account for the zener current also total current=zener current+load current...using this total current only we use the formulah for the series resistance value....thank you for asking....
