Indeed, but the intended target wasn't the child.

I agree. And it shouldn't matter who the intended target was.. A child was killed. Over a drug dispute. That man should've been given life. Period... But soft-on-crime lawmakers and cushy prisons have made criminals what they are today: Emboldened and arrogant.

I believe they do.. did you see on the news that the suspect who beat his girlfriend so bad he put her in the hospital, he wanted out on bail and the judge refused it, the guy jumps out at the judge like he was flying and attacks her.. he ends up with a life sentence. I guess Los Vegas laws are different from the guy who shot his wife 5 times in the head and received 15 to life... anyway the Los Vegas Judge had a panic button but the attack happened so fast she didn't have time to push it until it was almost over and done.

The family of the victims should always get the choice of what to do to the guilty party. And in reality they should get to carry out what they plant to the guilty . I think it's bull crap that people who have nothing to do with the families get to decide there fate. And plea deals should not be the choice of the prosecutor, that should be the choice of the victims family. Plea deals are only done to save money and court time , its bullshit. And it's disgraceful to the victims family.

These are the videos I love. You see how a judge always act tough cause they're the most "powerful" in the room? Telling people "oh one more word I'll have your mouth duct taped" and shit like that? Look at that one clip lol. Judge: "HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP" Id love for one of these inmates to get a hold of one of these judges one day 😂. Maybe THEN they'll treat those people like humans no matter what their charges are.

Well dummy it’s court and the judge is in power over their court room, she told them to be quiet so she could proceed with the hearing, they refused, it was disrespectful, don’t nobody care how you feel about the law, when you get in front of that judge you better respect them, cause they can make your life a whole lot worse than it need to be
