The judge apologize to him for the duct tape and even appointed him a new judge which ended up giving him a harsher punishment. I think 38 years instead of 20 something which is what the old judge was gonna give him.

Every time i saw a judge, i was in handcuffs if i hadnt bonded out first. Idk why tf they do this with accused murderers etc
In uk the defendant's are usually put in an area and guarded during trial or in some circumstances a bulletproof screen, they have no chance to kick off at council or the judge
That area is called the dock 🙂. Inside are stairs which lead down to the court cells so defendants can be brought to and from court; and taken away to prison following custodial sentence - hence “you may go down” is instructed by the bench.
There was a case in my hometown many years ago.
In of all places-traffic court.
I guy had his license suspended (again) for 2 years.
He lost it and charged the judge.
The bailiff on duty was dealing with someone being noisy in the gallery.
No one expected the judge to get attacked in freakin traffic court.
By the time the idiot had gotten to the bench and started to climb over it, the judge had already reacted.
The idiot looked up to find the judge standing and pointing a 38 dead in his face.
He decided to sit back down and shut up.
Oddly enough, the judge let it go with no additional charges.
Imagine what would happen if every citizen had one of those the crime would stop. 🤔🤔😂😂 Even pepper spray. Is better than nothing at all unless the other guy has a gun then you match force with it a gun for a gun tooth for tooth.🤔🤔🤔

keke's mother is all hysterical, but if you are raising your kids at least half way right, they will not go out and do car jackings and robberies.
No amount of good parenting wil keep a kid from doing bad stuff if they grow up in a bad neighborhood. And moving to a better neighborhood aint always the options because it cost a lot of money. Kids wil often grow up and find out the choices they made are bad and try to make a better life, but sadly sometimes these choices can be bad enough to ruin their life.

I was locked up once for a 6-24 month sentence for drug possession. During my "stay" I've watched 4 instances that I can remember, where they let out a predator after serving 2 months or less to serve the rest of their time on house arrest or probation. In my eyes, it seemed more of a social problem for my recreational drug use than for some grown men to destroy young ppls lives and their families. The biggest American joke is the justice system. (Besides Biden)
It's all aout the attorney one can afford. Not always, but happens frequently. "It's not always what you know, but who you know," kind of situation.

The mother was mad at 😢dad because he had another woman, but her behavior proved the father should have full custody, with mom getting supervised visitation. The judge should not have gotten anything at all because she was out of control and disrespectful.
Cook was out in the street carjacking people and she got what she desired. Her mother knew she was out hurting and robbing people so why she was surprised is unknown to me. And everyone knews the judge makes the final decision, she lucky she got 10 years.

Its really sad that Officer's are not held to a "health fitness" code. How are they going to help with so much weight on them? Plus, one of the female deputies that really had no power, was just pushed out of the way, Thank God that the 2 very tall n clearly stronger deputies were able to subdue the person. 😮

Back in the day we had to take classes in middle school on how we are to present ourselves in a courtroom. This included the proper attire and absolutely no hats! Bet they dropped that class many moons ago but what I learned stayed with me. I’m 63 now.

Exactly. Only a bleeding heart will say his "rights were violated". That judge was incredibly patient with him and gave him every chance to STOP TALKING and INTERRUPTING so the sentencing hearing could proceed but the defendant wouldn't stop.

Under both federal and Ohio law, a judge at sentencing must address the defendant personally and ask if he wishes to make a statement on his own behalf or present any information that the judge should take into account before delivering punishment. Otherwise the case could be thrown out. Is that really what you want?

@36:35 and @37:50 as a former officer of the court I will say one thing - and this is not only legal but advised - In the courtroom, there is only one JUDGE. Do what that judge says, any time, any place. Right or wrong. THEY ARE THE JUDGE. (if there is an injustice, you are more than free and advised to take it up--AT ALATER DATE!) - This is normally expected to be common knowledge. I was told when I first stepped into a courtroom - where a judge was presiding. ANY time (that means ANY TIME.) you step foot into that room, you are subject to be taken to jail, on the spot. Who doesn't know this? Lots of people apparently.
