The fact that the one guy was sentenced 6 months in jail for punching that pos that killed the baby is absolutely disgusting.
@thegadflygang5381 I mean, I get it... it's just such an awful situation to start with, and I couldn't imagine something like that happening within my family. I think 6 months for an act like punching the killer is a little over the top, considering the circumstances. I mean, they said it was the child's uncle after all, it's not like it was some distant relative that didn't even know the child. I imagine they practically expect these sorts of things to happen with these types of cases. I can't imagine it's easy for the defendant families to keep composure 😔 What a world we live in...

15 years for murder and he sit there rocking on the chair.. Heartless
15 years to life... And it's overwhelmingly likely that he won't be granted parole. Behavior in Prison, nature of the Crime, circumstances of the committed crime, victim impact Statements, and risk to society assessments are all weighed in to determine whether he will be granted parole, so from the looks of it, he probably won't. That will just get his hopes up and be an incentive for him to be a good lil' boy in prison only to likely have his hopes crushed and spend the last of his life in prison. 15 years is a hell of a long time anyways, by then he'd already have forgotten about his crimes completely but considering the nature of his crime I think it's safe to say he really won't be granted parole.

@conrradotorres4653 What do you think of Trump supporters who are of a certain minority group that his base genuinely despise? It's like watching an episode of 'The Twilight Zone'.
@louniece1650 Twilight Zone metaphor is kinda dumb because people like this have been around for a long time. These individuals are what we call a rat. They are basically sellouts. They will turn on their own family for some form of recognition/acceptance from another party. It's best to question their motives because they're doing it for something. These days, it's mostly money that they're getting bribed with. A good example is that guy in the background of almost every Trump rally who wears a shirt saying, "Blacks for Trump." One of his own family members has stated that they were paying him to do this. It's gotten to the point that his family has disowned him for his stupidity.
Uncle of year - defending his nephews life that was taken too soon. 🏆
@1:13, that courtroom officer let him get his lick in. Notice how his movement suggests he’s hustling, but the dad is on ol boy for a hot second. Super convincing too, prolly a chill guy.
Judges be like "what you did was vile and unfathomable" "incomprehensible" and then give them what they want, time served, good behavior reward, and early parole. And absolutely mockery of the pain and suffering these families face. I don't blame a single one of them
For being such a big guy, Terry had an incredible leap.

It Is Time To Bring Back The Most Severe Penalty for The Most Violent; Michael Madison is an example of WHY. At Minimum LIFE WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE!
Quite long considered to what we have in Holland. A 15 year girl stabs a store owner with purpose and she get 1 year prison with therapy for 2 years. We have for serious murders 20/25 year, for normal murder 10 years and lifelong for terrorist murders because we have an idiotic rule that the killer will get less sentence time if he get a disease like psychose or schizofrenie.
well just imagine if they're 30 or 40 years old. yea some dont do the whole length and some do. some die in there. at 50, 60 years old if you get out of prison at that age, your life is pretty much done.
If it was in France he would got 1 year I'm serious that's disgusting
The father's leap of justice for his daughter is heart wrenching. Pity he was stopped from eye for an eye
Justice will never be truly served...
If only police were this proactive with stopping crime as they are with stopping victims mildly assaulting them.
If only police were mind readers and could predict when a crime is going to happen. You my friend lack a brain.
Because it’s that simple right?
@@fakeytube6698 they're mostly concerned with mild/grey area traffic violations than they are with more serious offences. Easier said than done
Yep. Let the court have that kid. If the kid gets out of prison, then it's my job to "correct" my kid.
@rontalks8953 nah easy as that. You kill an innocent person who absolutely did nothing. Or you kill the innocent for selfish reasons like money or greed or hatred. Its as Easy as that. I can't and will not love that person.

Victim impact statements are important, usually providing the families of the decedents to confront the perpetrators in real time. That Loved one is gone forever and just the mere sight of those responsible, sets off every gamut of emotions. Some courtrooms have enough bailiff and deputy staff to contain an eruption, but some clearly do not. The deputies and police have service weapons on their hips. I'm sure that extra precautions are taken so that neither victims survivors or the convicted perpetrators can get their hands on one of those armaments.
