Hello Sir... ଆପଣ ମାନସିକ ରୋଗ n depression anxiety n mental disorder ବିଷୟରେ gote long video krantu please 🙏🙏 Au sir eii ରୋଗ ରୁ mukti miliba ki nhi tk kahibe please 🙏🙏
Dr.Sarthak, You have covered too much about the benefits of protein in our body in one lecture, which I think very difficult for common mas to understand. In my opinion, you should have taken at least three lectures for this subject. You have touched all the important points in your lecture. As we know that we should consume at least 1g protein per kg body weight, but I used to say everyone to eat 100g fish along with lentils and other vegetables, so that one gets very balanced diet everyday. It’s a myth that morning breakfast should be heavy, in my experience, heavy breakfast causes lethargic. I normally go for still cut oats chila, along with fine chopped carrots and paneer with a cup of Koraput Arabica Coffee without sugar and creamer. Oats contains lots of fibre, which is full of complex carbohydrates. We never feel hungry frequently. Fine carbohydrates dissociate to sucrose very quickly in our body, causing increase in blood sugar which insulin present in our body becomes insufficient to neutralise the sugar. We must know that sugar is the main source of diet for the cancer. Now I am running 79 years of age and still work at least an hour in my garden and also workout in treadmill at home for minimum 20 minutes. Some days, I take smoothies in my breakfast which contains, dry fig, walnuts, almonds, flaxseed, chia seeds soaked in the previous night and ripe banana. Our lunch must contain either fish or eggs or chicken. Never take red meat. At dinner, we prefer two or three chapatis from whole wheat flour (sarbati) and santula (mixed vegetables). Our dinner time is around 8:00 pm and we normally try to keep gap around 10 to 12 hours from our dinner to the next morning breakfast. As we consume oats, it requires lots of water to soak in our stomach and makes easy to digest in small intestine. We are very active in social media and watch movies on Netflix and listen different types of music 🎵. We both are leading very heathy life together. Wish you all the best in life and shall be waiting for your next video. I am still working as a consultant and often go abroad for consultations, hired by consultant firms.
