And body feels so much better after this. I no more have any cravings and mentally doing better. Thanks to Dr .Pal for inspiring me. His fun way of making content makes anyone follow the same..

As a public health professional it gives me so much joy that all of Dr Pal's teachings are a result of culmination of his clinician and research abilities.
Dr Pal should be honored for creating such awareness. Are we gifting diabetes to our children who will be adults in next 20+ yrs?We are in a generation where Dr Pal has to put so much effort to tell us to stop eating after 6. This is how we have been 40-50yrs back ,more connected with nature.

I like how the interview time was maximized. No rush, no fast talk. Plus Dr. Pal's funny character and punch lines made this video a lot more interesting. Such a fun learning! Great job to all 🙏

Simply a genius man with a sense of humour that doctors are rarely born with !!! Thanks Dr.Pal for the msg your giving the world we need many more like you ! He needs to become the health minister of our country to get rid of all the junk our kids consume.
This is how you know he has people/his patients' best interest at heart. He is happily expecting the fact that he will lose followers because if people follow his advice, they will become healthier. Whereas in places like the US, they expect you to be dependent on the healthcare.
Hi Dr. Pal! I have seen your videos for people aged between 20-50. But we have to fix the problem from the beginning of childhood. I request you shoot at least one session for kids, especially their breakfast and school lunch boxes.
Dr. Pal seems to be a very nice gentleman. I think his attitude, humour and laughter will immensely help his patients much faster in their healing process!
Loved the way he talks... enjoyed the combination of fun and learning.. God bless him, we need him for another 100 years 💓
Such an insightful 75 mins, having a good health is underrated in todays times. Thanks Traya for putting this.
Only Indian doctor who speaks the truth & helps people save themselves & their money!!
Hi Dr. Pal! I have seen your videos for people aged between 20-50. But we have to fix the problem from the beginning of childhood. I request you shoot at least one session for kids, especially their breakfast and school lunch boxes.
Parents should know about good diet..

hardly a few seconds into the video, and I was hooked already. the very first words he uttered, made sense to me given the fact that I've been a gut patient for over 2 decades now.
Oh,I love the way he laughs. Literally, the whole episode made me laugh so loud that I almost forgot I had a bad day. Such an amazing guy.

Many people gut also not working fine bcoz of change in geography due to migration for job study etc. Our ancestor stayed at one place for longer time. So our gene is tuned to water, food, environment. Gut dont like this change and create issues in many people. This is what I discussed with my gastroenterologist recently.
Absolutely right.

Absolutely the truth, as my Guru, the SPH of Hinduism , Nithyananda Paramashivam has told us, is that we are living in a food desert. Food that fills our stomachs but does not provide what our bodies need. to prevent sickness and disease. Thank You for this Video.
