- Today I present to you two delicious yogurt cake variations perfect for those following a ketogenic or low-carb diet. These recipes will allow you to enjoy a soft and creamy dessert without compromising your nutritional goals.

Yogurt cake ingredients:
1 egg
150g yogurt
(I used the one made with egg white, to limit the calorie intake, but you can use Greek yogurt or plain yogurt)
40g erythritol
10g bamboo fiber
30g dark chocolate chips
8g baking powder
5g psyllium
to taste icing erythritol for decorating
12cm diameter round mold or 10X10 square mold
