Fun as always! I love that LOP Mer-Man. I didn't have the original either and although my cousin Derrick did, he rarely let me play with him and I have more memories of him from the cartoon and mini-comics where he was drawn in that same style. I never really think of Stinkor as a repaint either. By the way you got a "pop" outta me with that 2-Bad joke! For some reason that cracked me up. Also yeah, corncob for sure 👍🏾

It's great that LOP Merman got a mass release. I was totally turned off by the LOP Comiccon exclusive. Just too rich for my blood. But Mattel comes through for the win. I just feel bad for the collector that paid that big price tag for the LOP set. Awesome video. Thanks for sharing.
I wouldn't feel too bad, the collectors that grabbed that set payed a premium and got an exclusive boxed set. LOP Mer Man wasn't easy to find either. Like a lot of these I only ever saw one in the store. Thanks as always for checking out the review.
I reviewed the Origins Scare Glow back in October. I just got the Revelation one in the mail over the weekend. Look forward to seeing it in a review next year sometime.
Yeah love the LoP Mer-Man. Because it looks like the character from the 80s, and 2000s series. I look at toy Mer-Man and all I see is Stinkor in teal. I know what you mean about distribution with this line Dan. I finally said to hell with it, and just pre-order each wave from bbts. It's not the same as toy hunting, but damn it I'm not paying $40 for Zodac, just because I couldn't find the bastard. All because for 9 months of this year all that was on the pegs was He-Man, and singing Skeletor.
