How do you ensure the three phases are exactly 120 degrees apart and have the same amplitude?
I live in the US, I can only access 120v-15A-60Hz. I'm building a model power grid for my city, but I need 3 Phase Power so I can get 12/20.8v to run my city. I just need 3 Phase Power to run transformers the cheap way. Can you help me please.

Neutral wire has no potential, Neutral is bonded to Ground at the main panel, Capacitor tapped from Neutral from Phase 2 to Cap and other wire of Cap is to phase 3.
