Yes we do. But yesterday was kinda nice. Drove with my windows open, when the heat blasting 🤣.
I watched this video and I HAD to make it lol So I put my 3 month old baby in his carrier, walked to the store and got the ingredients to make it. And let me tell you this recipe did not disappoint!! Not only did I love it but my husband and 2.5 year old daughter loved it too!! Thanks again for a wonderful recipe Laura!

Made this some leftover rotisserie chicken! I boiled the chicken with aromatics to make the broth, took it out, and shredded it. Cooked the wild rice separately. I prepared the veggies and broth, then added the rice, then chicken at the end. Loved it!

I highly recommend you try using mascarpone cheese instead of milk. It's so delicious! I also love fresh tarragon in my soup.
