By far the best HIIT I've ever done, not too easy to get through but not too hard to pause in the middle. Much stronger on the cardio side, but the overall effect can be terrific in combination with weight lifting and body toning workout.
Sydney - you are a superstar! By the end of this workout I was exhausted but I still had a huge grin on my face - that is how motivating you are. From one sports lover to the other - RESPECT! Excellent! Your personality brings me back. I love your encouragement. Of course the exercise too! Yes, the side planks were close to the hardest. The star push ups were hardest for me. Great to include the back exercise with scissor hands and feet. Thanks!

This was my third workout ever with Sydney waaaaaay back in the day and I remember it being a beast! No doubt was this intense but it certainly felt a little less beastly. I pushed,jumped, squatted and crunched & now it's DONE! What a great sweat session!

Today I opted to crush the 40 Minute Boot Camp Workout 🔥Burn 475 Calories workout from 5 days ago that i missed...I am crushed and thoroughly sweated out. Good job on you all here who crushed this workout today!
This is my favorite type of your workouts! Question for you though...I have weak hip flexors and on the ab exercises involving lifting the legs I simply can’t do it b/c my hips get sore really quickly. What is the best way to strengthen those? I feel like they aren’t getting stronger by just trying to do those types of exercises. 🤔 Thanks again for a great workout and I hope your checkup went well today!
