    Crushed it! Oldie but a goodie! I lasted the whole time with no modifications!! Except for tricep push-ups, I'm working to get better!! I'll get there!!

    Sydney- I bow down to you! You are an absolute inspiration and you kept me rockin through this entire workout. I almost bailed out three times, wanting to listen to that little devil on my shoulder. But each time, I heard you pushing me to stay strong and it worked!     Loved this workout, challenged me for sure. Thank you for the motivating words during your workouts. I was in tears during the cool down just because I worked my butt off and you acknowledged that! Simple words but meant a lot!

    This is one of those workout videos that make me want to die during the duration of the workout, but afterward I feel so alive and energetic. It’s really a wonderful feeling. Sydney is the only trainer on RUclips that I come back to everyday. ❤️

    By far the best HIIT I've ever done, not too easy to get through but not too hard to pause in the middle. Much stronger on the cardio side, but the overall effect can be terrific in combination with weight lifting and body toning workout.

    Sydney - you are a superstar! By the end of this workout I was exhausted but I still had a huge grin on my face - that is how motivating you are. From one sports lover to the other - RESPECT!     Oooo woke up this morning with my arms and my back muscles sore! I don't think my back muscles ever been sore in a good way. Was great workout yesterday now can't wait for this one!!!

    Super sore from all the workouts this week so far. I will admit I did not want to workout today but did it anyway out of habit now. Glad I pushed through and #crushedit and of course Sydney's always encouraging throughout the whole workout so that really does help.     Excellent! Your personality brings me back. I love your encouragement. Of course the exercise too! Yes, the side planks were close to the hardest. The star push ups were hardest for me. Great to include the back exercise with scissor hands and feet. Thanks!

    Doing your workout since locked down.. And I really loved it.. It generates an automatic strength in me everyday to exercise.. I set a perfect tuning with you in those minutes..

    This was my third workout ever with Sydney waaaaaay back in the day and I remember it being a beast! No doubt was this intense but it certainly felt a little less beastly. I pushed,jumped, squatted and crunched & now it's DONE! What a great sweat session!

    This is my favorite type of your workouts! Question for you though...I have weak hip flexors and on the ab exercises involving lifting the legs I simply can’t do it b/c my hips get sore really quickly. What is the best way to strengthen those? I feel like they aren’t getting stronger by just trying to do those types of exercises. 🤔 Thanks again for a great workout and I hope your checkup went well today!
