This guy has good joints, good flexibility, good coordination of movements. But there is a very serious mistake, as a result of which serious knee injuries very often occur. Thousands of followers of the Systema thoughtlessly copy such movements, especially when they do it quickly and, as a result they injury knees and stop practicing forever Martial Arts.
We need to talk about this.

Hi thanks for your comment - I made this a few years ago, I understand better now not to separate my heels from my butt when moving over them but please tell me other mistakes I am glad to learn. I come from a strong Muay Thai background, I agree I think leg flexibility has allowed me room for mistakes that are not healthy in the long term 🙏

@@SystemaJE There is such an expression: "the overtightened elastic band does not hold the panties." This suggests that superflexibility occurs by reducing the strength of the tendons and ligaments. I am by no means saying that flexibility is not needed. But it is needed for specific purposes.
If you are a dancer, circus or ballet performer, then you need to surprise the audience with your superflexibility. Then it is justified.
But you probably know that ballet dancers can retire at 28 (in the countries of the former Soviet Union). Because most of them became disabled by this age.
If you practice martial arts, and especially the art of survival, then flexibility is needed to perform certain somersaults, falls and rolls. And this is a special flexibility aimed at maintaining or restoring symmetry in the body. And it is precisely this flexibility that gives health and mobility for a lifetime, even up to 100 years.
One of the big mistakes in your video is freezing motion. One of the basic principles of movement is movement without stopping. This principle makes it possible to use the moment of inertia in any situation, both in defense and in attack, and in special acrobatics (what you show). But you often stop and then start moving in the other direction. And this is very ineffective. In real combat, this may not end well for you. Respectfully, Alexander Maksimtsov SYSTEMA-RMA.COM

@@alexandrmaksimtsov9702 Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me sir, i understand what you have said and will keep it in mind - At the time i made this i had seen many people calling Systema 'false' or a 'pretend martial art' and my main motive with this video was to prove there is nothing pretend about Systema, the principles are true and genuinely work at full speed, like rolling on a granite surface without injury, i appreciate now i may have overlooked some of the finer points on long term health of the knees in this mission! Thank you for the web link 🙏 Peter Dolan - Systema JE - Jersey

@@peterd7613 One youth turned to the Master for help:
“Please, Master, teach me the combat art.
Master was too old ana lazy to deal with the boy, but he was not supposed to refuse.
      - Necessarily, but the spirits now forbid me to teach. Come in a year, - he answered.
Time passed, and the student returned:
      - Teach me combat art, please!
Old Master rolled his eyes and replied:
“Okay, but you have to work hard. For three years, watch the sunrise and sunset carefully every morning. This will help you to comprehend the secrets of ancient art.
The disciple left, but three years passed, and he reappeared on the threshold of the sage's house:
      - I have completed your assignment. Can you teach me combat art now?
The old man shook his head in disappointment and replied:
“Okay, but first you need to learn to levitate above the ground.
The student left and returned five years later.
      - I have been practicing for many years and now I can levitate above the ground as much as I want! Educate me, please! - said the student.
      - No shit to yourself! - said the Master.
