Thanks for posting, these look perfect. Will be getting some for my DRZ. Sure beats the standard bulky ones that come on the DRZ. Great quality video also. Cheers
Thank you mate I hope you like them as much as we do. It does take a little bit to get used to looking down a bit further but it really is worth it they are so good 👌 Cheers mate have a great weekend ✌️
@@MVDBR all good bud , i tried to get the mirror off to tighten them but its glued in , also for road bikes if you want to run the bar end mounts and have the mirrors under the hand grips , you swap the mirrors from left to right , you think they would get in the way but dont , not the best for off road though ,
Too thin? Where are you trying to mount them? I put mine on the skinny end of the bars where it's around 22mm thick and I had to use one of the included plastic spacers
Ignore that haha I'm getting the mirrors mixed up with the phone holder mount. Yeah mate it depends on your setup, some bars are narrower and there's not much space left inside the grips and controls to fit the mirror, but I reckon a bit of filing/grinding on the mounts will make em fit if that's your situation
Did you make a video to let the rest of us know about them? Haha yeah I have seen them around just never knew which cheapshit Chinese crap on eBay would do the job, now I do so thought I'd share :) Thanks for watching!
I had these on the WR good bit of kit as I is my bike as the daily rider to work also, but I have found some others that are strap on (lol) which I will show you guys when I get back from holidays from Hawai’i
Was looking for rottweiler arrow mirror kit. Then had second thoughts. Found inspiration.. 300 bucks would be ripoff. Found on eBay for 30bucks. Will do a bush mount. Thanks for the inspiration
I had a set of 'mickey mouse ear' mirrors, went to flick one up when I hit a bit of road... pewww... tink tink tink.. (broke off at the pivot point) so yeah good timing with the vid, thanks :)
Haha yeah all the road gear is a pain in the ass to keep on a dirt bike but I guess it's better than getting fined.... maybe 🙈 Thanks for watching mate
Yeah mate Emmsy's already been back out on the bike last weekend, and I think Danny's home getting sponge baths and hand-fed champagne from his missus hehe. Thanks for asking!
Yeah, as much as it sucks paying 3x as much for the same item it's good to support the locals lol... guess they were never gonna be able to compete though 🙁 Thanks for watching bruz hope you're well!
@@MVDBR yeah yoy're right , hard to compete, i just hate it when it says located in australia and then i get an extra 'international fee' on the creditcard......
Yeah I had wrap around barkbusters. You might have to do a little jigging to get the mirrors to point the right way depending how you've got your controls and stuff set up but should be fine 👌
Depends on your local laws and what mood the officer is in on the day he pulls you over. I think that here in Australia it's perfectly legal as long as you have a clear view of what's behind you 👍
I know this is an old video but when I tried to mount mine the bars were too big for the clamp and it didn’t grip properly. The mirrors kept moving around while I rode, does yours fit perfectly?
Oh true, they can be modified a bit I filed a bit off where the ball sits in the bracket to make it fit better on one of our bikes, it needed to swivel away from the bars a bit more to clear the other shit.
no, but wondering the same thing now. Edit: looking through the reviews on Amazon saw pics of these installed on a DRZ400SM. ordered a set of the convex lens to try out.
I've been running these on my bike for 3 years now, enough to keep you legal and somewhat see behind you
That's it! 🤘
Surprisingly good visibility
Im happy i found this i have now got myself some new mirrors thanks to your video i didn't know you could take the middle out of the bar end mirrors
Glad ya found the vid useful mate cheers

Yeah mate. Been running them for years now! I've got a vid on my channel of these and how to fit them from 2014!!! Good stuff mate.
2014 jeez I might have to go back and trawl thru your old videos might find more gems in there!
I should get some for mine thanks for the reminder.
No probs thanks for watching Steven 😃
Had me at “cheap” 😂😂😂
The most searched term on RUclips hahaha
That's a great idea! Pretty clean look too 💯
Yea can't go wrong for 16 bux mate, guess they are about as inconspicuous as you can get with mirrors really ✌️
@@MVDBR so much better than those big square fugly ones!
Legend, thanks man. I was about to pull the pin on a set from Ballards for $35 but your ebay link saved me some coin 😎
Good stuff! 🤙
Thanks for sharing that is a great idea I will have ago at that myself.
No worries Richard hope they work out for ya!
lock tight or superglue the bolts that hold the mirror to the mounting arm , i had 2 sets on my road bike and the left hand side will work loose
Yo! Thanks for the reminder Brad I did that with Nat's but forgot on mine 😬 Back in 5 lol

@@brad4751 Ah those screws ok yeah hopefully a bit of araldyte or something on the end of em will help
Nice Josh. Thanks bud👍👍
No worries 🤘
Thank God you took nearly 2 minutes to open a box. I never would have figured out how to open it otherwise....
No worries, I cater to the dumdums like you as well as the smart people 🤙
Hell yeah these look great, was about to order so.e double take ziptie 2" mirror but might have to try these instead
Simple but good video mate as was doing my head in trying to find out what these were called, so cheap as well
Cheers Terry
Ordered! Good one 👍
Sweet 👏
Good idea, I might get some to put on my WR 👍
Can't go wrong... locktite all the bolts and go ✌️
I got these exact mirrors and it seems the bracket is to thin ti put around my bars any tips if you got them to fit

💪👍much love from the states👌 THANX
✌️
been using modified bar-end mirrors for years. i went with a more modern looking shape than the standard round ones tho
Did you make a video to let the rest of us know about them? Haha yeah I have seen them around just never knew which cheapshit Chinese crap on eBay would do the job, now I do so thought I'd share :) Thanks for watching!
didnt even have a youtube back then, and with only 6 subscribers id hardly be telling anyone, haha. i dont have much to offer the average joe
I had these on the WR good bit of kit as I is my bike as the daily rider to work also, but I have found some others that are strap on (lol) which I will show you guys when I get back from holidays from Hawai’i
Cool mate ✌️ Lucky bastard 👌

$300! Wow yeah no thanks! Cheers
They are led u will need a led relay but your bike may have led lights . So u can stay legal . No broken indicators .
Hi josh R*G do detachable indicators a bit like a audio jack you plug them in and plug came out when you need them
Yeah Ro we use something similar they're called Click'n'Ride indicators, great little invention!
I had a set of 'mickey mouse ear' mirrors, went to flick one up when I hit a bit of road... pewww... tink tink tink.. (broke off at the pivot point) so yeah good timing with the vid, thanks :)

Perfect timing, mirrors are just starting to be a problem for me
😁🤘 get on em!
Thanks man
No worries bro 🤘
Add a similar link because the pg one open
there mad might have to get a pair of these your right on the view looks heaps better the ones i use are useless to try see behind you lol
Yeah worth a try for 16 bucks mate! We rate em for sure the under bar mirrors are the go, whatever type ya end up using 🤘
Noice. Just got set of enduro fold overs. When they break ill give this a crack.
Hows danny and emsy healing up. Hope they are both well.

Been looking for a solution for the drz these look decent . Just wish there were still aussie sellers on ebay....haha

Yeah and takes forever to arrive 😫
Great review 😊
Love it you got me into it
thanks for this wonderful idea.
No probs, cheers 👍
Very good👍👍👍
I’ve got the same bike and this looks really good. I’ve got wrap around bark busters on my do they still work well with them?
Yeah I had wrap around barkbusters. You might have to do a little jigging to get the mirrors to point the right way depending how you've got your controls and stuff set up but should be fine 👌
great vid, thanks for the tip!
Cheers 🤟
Those mirrors look really nice. I bet you didn't discard the extra piece though I bet you still have it 😆😆
Discard in Josh language means chuck in a box of random shit for later consideration 😁
my savior
I like it and I want it for my future bike but the question is... is that legal?
Depends on your local laws and what mood the officer is in on the day he pulls you over. I think that here in Australia it's perfectly legal as long as you have a clear view of what's behind you 👍
@@MVDBR Thank you for the response!
Did you have to get a different clamp to mount to the bars? These appears to only fit a fairly narrow diameter bar end tube? Or have I got that wrong?
No they fit standard size bars (22mm or 7/8) I did have to file the ball mount a bit tho to get the right angle on the mirror
Thanks, top!!
My clamp is pushing my clutch wires. Will that damage them?
No idea, probably not ideal tho
@@MVDBR yea I ordered the ones you can zip tie so that doesn’t happen.
I know this is an old video but when I tried to mount mine the bars were too big for the clamp and it didn’t grip properly. The mirrors kept moving around while I rode, does yours fit perfectly?
Yeah mine were ok, maybe try a different place on your bars they should all be the same thickness towards the outside 🤷♂️
great thank you
Cheers :)
It is also suitable for motorcycles SWM 500 ???
I really couldn't say, but they should fit on any standard size handlebars as long as there is room to mount them and they clear the controls :)
Couldnt get these to sit right on my wr250r, if the brackets were longer it would of been perfect
Oh true, they can be modified a bit I filed a bit off where the ball sits in the bracket to make it fit better on one of our bikes, it needed to swivel away from the bars a bit more to clear the other shit.
I was planning to buy it for my Wr250r, worth it or not? dont want to buy something that is not gonna fit... thanks
@@ILTAN016 id look for something better imo, I will find you a link to some other mirrors I found
Any1 got a fresh link ?
Anyone running these on a DRZ400S with 7/8” stock handle bars??
no, but wondering the same thing now. Edit: looking through the reviews on Amazon saw pics of these installed on a DRZ400SM. ordered a set of the convex lens to try out.
Nice hack!
Do you have the eBay link ?
Not the exact one, these eBay sellers come and go like thieves in the night but these look the same as the ones I bought ebay.us/f2FPNG
