Going to Bali soon and this is super helpful! Your videos are top tier quality and easy to digest. Would love to know more about the Kitas Visa (costs, requirements, application process) if you guys would make a video of one =) Wishing the best of luck to you two on your journey!
Coming from Thailand Chaing Mai, the rent seems much higher in Bali, but the food seems similar. I'v opted for a guest house the first month but wow the room is small but have a pool at least.
Hello 👋 Great valued guesthouses around the more popular spots are becoming harder to find. Some are set up in a way that it's a good option to meet people & hang out by the pool. We haven't been to Chiang Mai in a while & would love to get back to Thailand to travel & explore. Hope you enjoy your time in Bali & if you find any more affordable accommodation options, let us know 😃
Hello! Your very welcome 😊 Yeah the Visa does add up when you take everything you might need. We both are on different health insurance policies and are finding they differ quite a bit. We still are exploring the best fit for us to be honest. There are good products out there & can depend on where you live currently. Will keep you updated :)
Hey Natalie 👋 We've posted that full video on Visas & KITAS. We go over a requirements and breakdown of costs. Hope it helps 🙂 👉ruclips.net/video/vJL2PoXRryg/видео.html
Please do a house tour video in and around Canggu (up to 15 mins outside the centre) for single people that also need a working space at home! Would love that! Thanks
Hey Ricky, we have done a few videos looking at villas around Canggu you can check out. Our villa currently is about 15 mins from Canggu and has a spare bedroom we converted into a working space. Hope these help 👉 bit.ly/Canggu400to650pm / bit.ly/OurBalivillatour / bit.ly/Canggubalivillas

Hey guys, love the content. I'm moving to Bali from Australia to live there for the next 6-12 months, would love to learn more about the requirements for getting the Kitas Visa.
Hey Christopher 👋 Thanks so much! 😊 There is a lot of info to sort through & we have a Bali Visas video that is worth checking out to find more info on Kitas Visa bit.ly/kitasvisa
Love watching your vids! Does this Kira’s Visa allow a person to work remotely, e.g work for a NZ company (on NZ salary) but live in Bali? Would love to know more in your next vid!
Thanks Tatjana! 🤗 Technically, you can only work for a company that sponsors your Kitas, which is the company you need to establish here in Bali. It is called a ‘PMA’ and is required for Investor Kitas approval. We are currently chatting with our Visa agent to get some more details for you & hope to do a more thorough vid real soon 👌
Hey Tatjana 👋 We have posted a new video covering Visas in our new series called Smooth Moving Bali. We chat about KITAS, requirements and costs. You can take a look here 👉 ruclips.net/video/vJL2PoXRryg/видео.html
Hey guys! Great video - would love to see a video more about the Kitas Visa! I'm moving to Bali in March this year and thinking of the B112A visa, but will have to think of something long term if I want to stay a few years!
Thanks so much Brenda 😊 A Kitas video is definitely in the works for us & will give you a heads up when it's complete. B211A Visa options can be great to come & check out Bali to see if you'd like to move here for a few years. Your right though it might not have the flexibility you want for a longer stay. Feel free to drop us more questions if you've got them 🙂👌
@@steveandnadia Thanks so much! Excited for this video! Could you also do a video on where is the best place to shop for groceries for the best prices (fruit, veg, protein, etc) in Ubud? I have no idea what it's like to live there, only ever ate out all the time haha and I don't think that will be sustainable long term haha! Thanks guys!
We've learnt that the best place to get your groceries would be at Pepito (which is your regular supermarket and it pretty much has everything..we did change our diet slightly to fit to what is on offer). We tried going to local markets (which are open very early in the morning in certain streets and corners, but we've always been gouged for more money honestly. So we haven't had the best experience with local markets...BUT we think the longer you stay here and create connections with certain vendors, you're going to find THE ONE. Please we would appreciate if you guys make a video about in that topic too 😁 Im working remotely right now and planning to move out to Bali soon, so I was wondering if I can get multi entry visa for a longer period of time (more than 6 months)
Hey! 😊 The Kitas visa allows you to work for yourself / the company you establish it is called a ‘PMA’ and is required for Investor Kitas approval. This would allow you multi entry & valid or 1 or 2 years (depends on which is best for you). Did you have to sign a lease for a specified time or is it month to month
Hey James! We signed a 12 month lease upfront. Some owners give a discount the longer your rental period.
With the Kitas after the 2 years can u renew ?
Yes, in most cases you can. Check to see if the agency you select offers this perhaps before you sign up with them 👍
