The Evening Standard headline says "Israelis blame Britain" just after 4 mins, so if someone has access to an archive of Evening Standard editions you could perhaps date this video precisely, assuming that paper was the paper published on that day.
It is so wonderful to what Brixton was like in the 70s, it is such a memorable place , filled with love. Do you have clips of the black community in the 1970s tooting?
I remember Tooting too ,... in the 60's and 70s , I have lived in America for 40YEARS but I used to go to Franciscan jr School my friends went to Ernest Bevin and my cousin went to Ensham girls School ...on Franciscan road , I used to go to Lots o fun " ,..pin ball arcade , EVERY evening after School, beside Tooting Broadway tube station..in 1972 ?? 50 years ago ,...wow .

Bless up, you wouldn't recognise the place now. Colonised, gentrified to death, all blonde and trendy.

Damn, looked like a fun type of place.
The Teddy Pendegrass album seen at 3:25 was released in June 1978. So I think this footage was filmed in Summer 1978.

3:23-3:57 I see the album cover of Teddy Pendegrass - When Somebody Loves You Back (1978). I presume this original footage is from 1978 or 1979?.
