    Those surveys are AWFUL.... example "When you first had sex, was it against your will?" some districts around the country have parents that sound the alarm, but many just believe everything given by the state is wonderful and for the child's benefit. BS. hardworking moral parents typically do not produce criminals.

      It struck a cord with me because the ISD one city over from me is dealing with exactly this situation - "passing the trash" - covering for a suspected abuser in the elementary school.

      @@abaker4692 this seems to happen EVERYWHERE. One particular case of passing the trash spanned decades in my area.
