Project 2025 seems to benefit wealthy people who would be empowered to enforce the rules. Cancel Dept of Education and Social Security? Who would determine what kids learn or how the elderly would have an income? The men who have proposed this must have liked the world when there were some rulers over the majority of serfs.

I thought it was the coolest thing to see how a human being grows in a woman month to month. My goddaughter was never shown that in her early school years, and as a nursing student, her college still didn’t show it. Perhaps it’s easier to dehumanize a child when people don’t get to see the illustrations schools used to show their students.

Young lady, you are a bit ignorant about economics. We are borrowing $1 trillion every 100 calendar days. We are in debt largely because of the entitlement programs liberals enacted decades ago. It's not popular to speak against Medicare, but that program has singlehandedly raised the cost of medical care wayyyyyy above what inflation would have done since 1965. By doing nothing you guarantee an economic calamity that will make the 1930's look like a picnic.
The truth is that we need to cut the spending by 2/3's if not more and start paying DOWN the debt instead of adding over a trillion every fiscal
year. If we don't we might not have a currency that holds any value.
Do yourself a favor, go take an Econ 101 class at a community college, because that ultimately holds more value than the law degree from Yale you esteem.

You don’t get it. It’s all deliberately misleading. NOAA launched all the weather satellites and many of the ground based radar systems. The plan to dissolve NOAA is to take those critical assets, buy them, and continue to use them at a cheaper rate. Currently they use the information from these satellites for private services and now just want to buy the warm instead of getting the milk for free, because the taxpayer built the farm so they are getting it a discounted rate and now can charge higher prices for milk.

I was just there two weeks ago visiting, and was shocked that clueless people were going on in their merry way as if nothing was wrong, including my family.
Went to dinner my last day there at a restaurant at the Universal City Walk, with my son, daughter-in-law, and toddler, and walked around afterward.
It was a fun and festive place with a DJ and a huge screen with a live video of the people dancing and enjoying the music. There were hundreds of happy looking people walking around eating and shopping as if things were cheap.
I didn't pay for dinner, but I offered to get us donuts to take home. Four regular donuts cost $18.00! So I can't even imagine what dinner costs!
The parking cost $30.00!
The gas was just over $5.00 a gallon and offered once to fill the tank that cost me over $150! I'm from California and plan to return in the future since President Trump promised at one of his California rallies that he "will take care of California." Other wise, I'm staying away.
