Have you heard of Project 2025?
I know a lot of people are really struggling with to vote or not to vote? If you choose not to vote or are anti-voting, I respect your choice.
This video is not for you. I am not trying to convince any one of anything.
For me personally, Voting is not an end all be all, it's just one of the many tools of civic engagement and I plan to use any and all tools available to me when it comes to using my voice to advocate for change in my country.

No, it should not! The Heritage Group said either the Democratic or Republican Party can adopt and implement this plan. They have not gotten either political party to adopt their plan. It took me down a rabbit hole of researching the history of dictators in the world and how they were able to dupe the people. Sure enough the idea of a GREAT nation was the leading lie. People handed over their freedoms out of fear and believing one man to build a better nation.

This literally makes me want to go to college and learn about politics among other things. I have been doing nothing but working fast food, coming home, playing games and drinking to do my best to ignore what is going on in the world. I am 25.
I’d rather not do that anymore, but I needed a purpose. If I can be vocal about issues I disagree with (not because I don’t like them, but because they’re morally wrong,) then that seems like the passion I need.
I feel you on this. Often I think about how worthless my career path will be if I don't do anything about the politics required to make my work useful. No point in being a doctor if you're banned from giving medicine, being a librarian when all the books are burned, being a professor when education is politicized. I'm starting to think that it'd be more important if I focused more on politics than my "career"

Remember - wokiksuye, if this is what published, written down there is more behind the scenes. This is international. Research who is owner/operators of certain companies. They are not abiding by all laws. There is the American Disability Act and more healthcare laws. Apply them, there are some highly noticeable elected House of Congress. Young people ABSOLUTELY need this message but us older folks need it (arguably) more. I am an old millennial and my generation is the one who (IMO) needs to step up! Thank you for all your hard work and bringing this to us ,so we can be informed. I am a 60 yr old white,gay woman living in the very back roads of Oklahoma, that is so into trump. They are mostly poor and all attend their church at least once a week. I am not a very religious person, so I'm not in this number. If I was to openly yell out I'm gay,and voting against everything that maga represents, I would probably be burned down and shoved into a hidden grave.

My lil sister was the first one to enlighten me about project 25 . She was so passionate about it . I on the other hand tend not to look into politics too much because quite frankly it’s high key depressing and confusing. But I do thank you for going the extra mile and explaining it to us . I’m a Christian so sometimes I try my hardest to ignore politics and to just focus on my everyday life but at the end of the day , Jesus didn’t ignore politics when he walked the Earth , instead he confronted crooked politicians and religious leaders. So I can’t just close my eyes at this stuff either because it can and probably will affect someone Ik or even me if they come to fruition, so I definitely can’t ignore it . Young Lady, I just want to THANK YOU... I am 67 yrs old and a former computer programmer who had lots of dreams for how this tool could educate millions. I lived in Bed. Stuy. N.Y. from 1968 to 1976. I stayed involved during the days of the rallies, Shirley Chisholm, Angela Davis and many others. I was also for the Rainbow Coalition. They tried to unite not by race, but by needs of the lower middle class and poor. But, then as now some politicians are still trying to keep us fighting one another to separate the people regardless of race to keep us from focusing on how they use this scheme to take advantage. Now they don't hide it or tread lightly, but tell us straight to our faces what they are going to do, not with us, but to us.
Us "old folks" have tried to talk about the importance of their vote, but not just young but the old (of all races) have put our politicians on auto pilot and they have taken Great Advantage of it to American's Detriment... Who loses? The majority. It is refreshing to hear a young person speak truth to power and enlighten people without challenging or threat.

hi-it's two weeks later and i'm a stranger, but i wanted to pop in to say something, as someone almost twice your age (i turn 30 on halloween). it's my job, not yours, to do something. what you do, is you comfort yourself in every way you know how, and i mean that. definitely educate yourself-and i'm not infantilizing you, i promise-but you chill and you relax and you manage your anxiety in whatever way is most effective, because it is my job and the job of the adults around you to keep you safe. it is my job and the job of the adults around you and your friends to do what we can, and use our voices and our votes and our literal bodies to put space between you and what would hurt you.
that being said, you can always start digging in for next time, when you will be able to vote-looking out for candidates in your community, seeing if there's even just a reddit for your community online. finding out there was one for my state was incredible-i never post there, but i do lurk, and i've learned a lot by doing that. even when you can't act, you can observe, and that observation can be very, very valuable, too. observations are just actions you can't make yet.

I’m scared that in the future I can’t love and marry my partner in peace without laws clearly going against my human rights and stigmatizing the LGBTQ+ community. I’m scared of ending up dead for loving someone or figuring myself out. I’m scared of a future where my future children aren’t safe, where they get influenced by negativity created by enforcing these laws.

I am 61 and I totally understand. After reading the Forward and about the first 40 pages I was physically ill. When they say christian conservatives they do not mean the love God has for people. They mean control and pushing "their" form of political Christianity which is to rule others because they feel like they are morally and intellectually better than the rest of us. When it says it wants to get rid of social media and all televised broadcasting that are not religious and sanctioned by the president and his staff I just thought back to the Holocaust. This is really scary stuff and they are not hiding the fact they want to use our military to enforce their take over quelling any rebellion. I'm praying for your children and my children and all young people. Black, white, gay, straight, christian, non christian. This election could change the whole system and the checks and balances which give us all of our freedom and humane rights. From one mom to another.☮☪☯🕉✝🕎🔯🌈
