My Excal2 just 'bit the bullet' and seeing other vids and yours it's almost 90% the fairly new battery 1-2 years old that has crapped out on me. Appreciate the video. Thank you!
Both of my Excalibur batteries just crapped out after many years of use, and I was about ready to buy a couple of new ones. Thanks to your excellent video, I will now rebuild them both! Thanks for posting this!
Thanks for the nice comment Daniele. I'm finding out that I have a lot to learn on how to set up the videos etc. using "Subscribe" buttons etc. My grandson has no problems with stuff like that but my brain takes some time to wrap around all this technical gobbly goo. LOL
Hi! Good work! But now I'm using (and producing) li-ion battery in my excalibur. It's modern and provides more operation time. If you are interesting, just tell me.

Your welcome. My "rebuilt" battery is still giving me many hours of enjoyment after 3 years for just a little time and money spent to rebuild it.
You definitely deserve more subscribers!! Cheers

@@hconnellraate2474 Nice Video. I ordered my battery and will do it today when I get delivery
Will the new batteries work on my “original” Excalibur (BBS Technology) machine?
Thank you. Going to do this with my 1998 Exc. 1000. Original battery still in it but dead.
Great video and thanks for sharing your knowledge
Thanks for the reply, and I hope my sharing some knowledge saves you a good amount of money.
Hi Good video! where can I find the information about the o-rings used? eg the size of the o-ring in the battery pack? any ideas? thanks
Most hardware stores have "O" rings, most times they have a large selection of all different sizes, just take your old one and match it up.
@@hconnellraate2474 thanks. But searching for this specific size
Where do I buy the batteries?
Well done, thanks for posting that.
Is the new batteries charger when you get it in the mail.
I think you mean CHARGED. Yes, but not fully. You should put it on your charger intl fully charged.
I thought you were going to actually rebuild the battery pack not just replace the battery pack, but thanks for making the video anyway.
Yes, your correct. Poor choice of words on my part.
