Hi. I just bought a second hand Excalibur I same as yours. It had been stored for about 3 years. The battery that came with it was the excal ii type and charged up no problem, BUT when I connect the battery to the machine it makes a noise as it's going in but when I tighten the battery up I get nothing. Any ideas please? Many thanks. Subbed and liked. Cheers from Downunder

Mettleman Downunder , first. I would say. Turn the power off before connecting the battery. Threshold all the down ( it should click to off). Don't worry if the battery pod says excal II. The key to this is when you turn the threshold knob on you get a buzz. Turn the knob so it is just audible. The volume knob is the noise from a target to your ears. Don't relate volume with sensitivity. Try checking the machine outside away from wifi .
