We have 48 panels on our roof, and no more room to install more.
48 is for us a little bit of an overkill.
Question for Jack. What LUT are you using when rendering the videos? Is it teal and oak?

Pfft! You can never get enough panels😜😆 You'll have to lay them out on the lawn😆
Regarding the grading question here is a basic rundown of my workflow just to keep the explanation simple:
1. I film as much as possible in log or flat profile's. My Fujifilm in F-Log, my DJI drone in D-Log, and if I use an action camera like the Insta360 or GoPro i set them to flat colours. The only exception to this is my phone, and certain modes of the other cameras that don't offer Log or flat profiles...
2. In editing (I edit in the free version of Davinchi resolve) I don't use any creative/styled luts in that sense. I just use the "basic" natural looking LUTs from the manufactures, to convert the Log footage into something more workable.
3.After that I manually adjust exposure, contrast, colour, and detail in 4 separate nodes with the goal to match each camera as seamlessly as possible. The only creative touch of colours I usually ad is some split toning in highlights and shadows where I usually aim for a warmer image since that's what I prefer😊

My job is to install solar panels, and I got to say that you're doing an excellent job! One potential problem I can think of(which I cant tell for sure from the video), is are the panels equally shaded? Or are some shaded by trees, while others get full sunlight? Because this will be detrimental to the panels which get shaded since you've connected them in series.
Good job using water lines for passing the cables, because they will last forever the sunlight/rain/etc. Also you rightly used a torque wrench for tightening the screws. Most people are impatient and use impact drivers which ruin the thread, up to the point of the screw not being able to ever get unscrewed again (specifically if you screw inox screw to inox nut instead of aluminum).
Btw do you not have birds in your area? After a while birds might get to your roof and make it their home under the panels. Where we install these it's basically a requirement to add bird protection under the panels all around, so that no bird can ever come through. Tho I'm not sure whether in your situation it's a problem, because they are not too many panels. Tho I've seen birds immaterially getting under panels fewer than what you've installed. I guess you should wait and see first!
I believe the panels have optimizers, so shade does not effect the other panels.

Yep, just like @IamNoel mentioned we are running optimizers. Pretty much our whole block of land is shaded in one way or another, and since we don't want to take down any trees we simply have to put up with slightly lower & unsteady output. Not really an issue with 62 panels though😅 Plus, we have space for more if we want😆

More power.... I've just invested 3000 euro into home batteries. 2 x 200 amp at 51.2 volts (each 10240 Wh, so together just over 20kwh)

Have watched a few vids now, Im somewhat confused. I expected you guys to be located "down under" only to find out you are in Sweden. I have never heard a Swede with and Aussie/New Zealand accent. LOL And to boot the name appears to be Dutch.
Oh yea, love the air boat, I suggest a kit with just the electronics, motor and prop. It will be difficult and costly to ship the hull overseas like here in Canada
