How To Catch Blacktail

Catching absolutely beautiful Blacktail from the shoreline. What an amazing fight and a great tasting fish. Had a great time visiting my brother in Durban it was awesome to see him again.

I love those blacktails! I was born in Angola and I started my fishing journeys targeting blacktails, off the docks. We called them “roncador” (snoring fish). I used to spent my weekends, as much as possible, targeting them (unfortunately in times were there was not size/bag limitations). I enjoy your videos! Thanks.

Hi Johan, - 🎣
I put luminous beads on my Hook trace lines which hopefully helps to attract fish to the bait!...
I prefer that way as putting one on the main line by the swivels may attract bites from an elf!...
I put my sliding sinker trace line swivel on mainline, then a round bead on mainline, which protects my hook trace line swivel top knot.
As you show!
Can go to a, Crazy Store 🙂, if there is one in your area or some other related shop for other beads! 🎣
