I have kenwood electric beater 450 watts it has 5 speeds where every influencer saying beat 10 minutes on low speed ...but once i start from. 1or 2 i can really fill the soft peaks taking place within 5 minutes and in next 2 minutes my cream having stiff peaks so my question is k it depends upon brand and watts right because I never went to whip cream till 10 or minutes 😢 and also one thing i have never been to speed 5 because it starts shaking the bowl and beaters so i beat upto 3 or in a rareee case 4 usme bhi overbeat ka dar laga rehta hai 🥲
Finally someone who shares how much time to whisk and at what speed. I was looking for this. Thanks!!!

Yes it might vary depending upon the beater you are using
