If you use "fresh" cream, you can keep it at least 10 days in the fridge. Don't forget to clean all the nozzle and head mechanism after each single use of the dispenser to avoid molding or bacterias to grow in the resting cream (just put the nozzle and the head of the dispenser under cold or hot water to dislodge any residue before storing your canister in the fridge Also don't forget to shake it oncee or twice before reusing it.

I will try to answer. Is your dispenser top clean ? I mean no previous cream residues inside the top head, all the mecanisms ? How to know ? Does your dispenser smell bad ? If yes, you probably get some cream residues, a lack of cleaning. Is it clean AND dry before using it ? Did you refrigerate it before feeling it ? Is your cream fresh and cold before feeling your dispenser ? Is your environment also clear ? Did you use Nitrogen chargers or CO2 chargers ? Do you keep your dispenser in the fridge after using it partially ? Did you clean the nozzle and the cream exit after each and single use ? If you keep cream residues inside the nozzle, this will cause a bacteria growing, causing probably your curdling. Dairy products can't support a lack of cold environment. Try my advices and let me know if it solved your problem. By the way if your gasket is full of mold, forget it. Buy a new one and thourougly clean the top head.
I got the answer by reading the user of my own whipped cream dispenser. "You can use a CO2 charger, but by using CO2, dairy products can curdle" Change your gas charger to NO2. I know they cost a lot more.

Cream chargers are safe if you use them correctly. Put them in the charger holder, the little side pointing outside. Then screw the charger holder on the dispenser. If you feel it doesn't screw easily simply unscrew it and retry until it screws fine. As soon as you feel a little resistance, just screw very fast to avoid any gas leak. It will never "explode" NO2 (nitrogenous gas) is a non-flammable. The charger holder would avoid that the charger will run away with the pressure. The only think you can feel, is a little cold breeze around you hand. Not that scary right ?

As soon as the cream you put in the dispenser is at least 28% fat, it should be ok. Less than 28% and it will be difficult to get a really "whipped" cream. So any brand must be ok.

You probably shake the dispenser too much. Only shake it 5 to 7 times before first use, and once or twice before you use it after a storage period. If you shake it too much, you will get this buttery texture, and couldn"t "unshake" it. So be careful. Better shake it less, if you see the whipped cream is too liquid, shake it once or twice more.

If there still "whipped" cream at the end of the charger pressure (there no gas anymore in the dispenser), you can try to open the dispenser and took all this "whipped cream with a spoon. If you speak about more liquid cream in the dispenser and there is no gas in the dispenser anymore : Did you check if there is a gas leaking (head... any parts of it) ? To check, plunged the complete dispenser in cold water. If you see bubbles, you have a leak. Depending where it is located, just screw more thorougly the part involved in the lead, or change/repare this part. If your cream is still edible (less than 10 days in the dispenser, and store in the fridge, you can try insert a second charger in the dispenser, shake the dispenser and hope the rest of the cream will come out.

You might have to take them out of the refrigerator to let it thaw for a bit. Shake them well right after you put the charger in. Make sure you fill the canister with the right capacity.
Restaurants use a bigger Nitrogen source. They use a big one, with a hose an a manometer. The cost is far below for the nitrogen than for those little single use chargers. Of course the cost per cup depends on the cost of the cream too. It seems that some cream still in the canister for a 17th cup, plus all the cream you can't extract (perhaps 2 others cups) I doubt that a restaurant will not trying to keep all this stocked cream in the canister.
The cream always stays on the sides and so does not come out i tried everything and nothing helps...every whipcream gets or sticks on the sides...and it is a professional tool ..do not know whats wrong...

I soon has you feel a little resistance (the needle is near to pierce the charger cup) screw very rapidly (try to make a complete tour very rapidly. has soon as the gas is inside, it is not necessary to continue screwing. I see some video when people screw that like crazy ! It's only gas, once it is inside, it can't get out.)

I'm here cause my cream whipper just exploded. It almost hit my wife. The body didn't explode but the cap of the charger. It's plastic. I'm guessing 3 reasons why it happened. 1. I put too much cream, I should've measured it. 2. the hole where the charger's air passes through got somehow blocked. 3. The cap was just a low quality one.

When does your whipped cream watery ? when you dispense 8 doses in a row or after 8 uses in a period of 2-3 days ? It is not supposed to become watery if you get a cream with at least 28% fat (35 is better !) If you store your dispenser in the refrigerator after one single use, don't forget to shake the dispenser once or twice before reusing it. Never let the dispenser at room temperature, this can cause the cream to "disintegrate" between the fat and the "water".
The cream charger is one user only. Soon as you’ve used it then it’s emptied it all into the cream canister. So you have to throw the empty charger. If you need to make more whip cream then you would need to use another charger.

They should be fine refrigerated for up to 3 days. You may leave the charger on or off.

A cream whipper can make your whip cream go a longer way. Only if you intend to use within a day or two.

The cream always stays on the sides and so does not come out i tried everything and nothing helps...every whipcream gets or sticks on the sides...and it is a professional tool ..do not know whats wrong...

Never in my 62 years have I seen a powder whip cream in Canada. Sure there a power dream whip but it nothing like Whipped Cream it has no fat an is very bland an no body

It's fine. You may also take the charger out. Not a problem.

@@edwardcabical6088 You can keep the charger in place until you empty your cream, there's no danger, no big deal with that (I do this for 10 years now with absolutely no problem)
To be certain to get all the gas in the dispenser, start screwing the charger holder slowly. I soon has you feel a little resistance (the needle is near to pierce the charger cup) screw very rapidly (try to make a complete tour very rapidly. has soon as the gas is inside, it is not necessary to continue screwing. I see some video when people screw that like crazy ! It's only gas, once it is inside, it can't get out.)

Aww, thanks. Yes you can put 1 charger for the cream dispenser. If you have any leftover, you can refrigerate overnight and take it out again in the morning. Good luck Rico!

I'm here cause my cream whipper just exploded. It almost hit my wife. The body didn't explode but the cap of the charger. It's plastic. I'm guessing 3 reasons why it happened. 1. I put too much cream, I should've measured it. 2. the hole where the charger's air passes through got somehow blocked. 3. The cap was just a low quality one.
With these things, better to invest in professional ones...
@@rizasri Hi! I just wanna share that I was able to purchase a metal version of the cap online. Even Starbucks uses a metal one for their dispensers.

I think these gadgets are relatively safe. If there is pressure inside the canister, you can not open the top. Unless all the air has been released.
Do u have to throw away the charger after tht single use? Or u can keep it together with the bottle n keep in the fridge

Hello maam chao. I'm having trouble with my whip cream dispenser. It is a 500mL dispenser, does it mean I can put 500mL whipping cream or lesser? And after 8 cups, the cream becomes watery. I'm using Monna Lisa Whipping Cream.
When does your whipped cream watery ? when you dispense 8 doses in a row or after 8 uses in a period of 2-3 days ?
It is not supposed to become watery if you get a cream with at least 28% fat (35 is better !)
If you store your dispenser in the refrigerator after one single use, don't forget to shake the dispenser once or twice before reusing it.
Never let the dispenser at room temperature, this can cause the cream to "disintegrate" between the fat and the "water".
If i need just a small amount, can the cream charger be used again to make another small amount of cream?
The cream charger is one user only. Soon as you’ve used it then it’s emptied it all into the cream canister. So you have to throw the empty charger. If you need to make more whip cream then you would need to use another charger.
