I was convinced for years my astigmatism correction was causing my headaches. It shifted with every "prescription" so I knew the correction never matched my eyes for long. When I found Endmyopia I bought my first set of normalized and dropped the -.75 and -.5 cylinder. Headaches are a rarity now.
Well done following your Instincts. Already watched your 2 other vids. I started endmyopa.org in 2015 and went from -6 to -5 in a year but didn't follow through when I got stuck. Now decided to continue, subscribed your channel since I find your explanations on point and may Help me for motivation. Maybe you can tell something on your habits you had to get rid of and which one you implanted newly if any. Since I am working in IT, so all day screen time, it would be great if you can share also some backgrounds on your profession and your strategies to align your vision improvement with you day to day job. Thanks, keep recordering and greetings from Germany.
Congrats on that one diopter and truly best wishes getting back into it. I will try to get a video done with habits and such soon. I urge you not to be discouraged by your screen intensive job, it may slow your progression but even slow improvements are improvements take them where you can, your eyes are worth it. And thanks for your feedback 😃
Hello again 😃 I posted a video on what I think are my more relevant habits, hopefully you and the 3 other people who wanted to know more love it 😂. There are hopefully a few bits in there that help anyways. As I said before don't be discouraged I am confident that if you use good differentials for all that near work and make efforts to balance it out with distance at every opportunity you can make progress. Once again best wishes and thanks for watching 😀
Is this normal with my full prescription glasses I have dizziness in the morning, and at night with artifcial light, I can almost see the 20/20 line on the 3m snellen chart ??
@@Reannon5 is that possible that I am overcorrected in the morning, because indoors with natural light coming in from the window I put my snellen 3m away from the window about more than 6m and I put myself at 3m I can read line 20/15!!
@@aminasouyad3933 natural light is a beautiful thing! If you haven’t already gotten to my second video on measurement I expect you should better understand this.
When you started your Endmyopia journey how did you kept yourself motivated like when progress was not showing on . How did you kept your faith on Jake at that time did you changed your perspective of thinking regarding myopia?
I had already seen evidence that this would work. I didn’t need faith in Jake I trusted what I knew about biology and what I had learned about eye biology. It made sense from the start. I also know that as frustrating as it is biology does what it does in it’s own time, and plateaus and set backs are just part of it. So even though I do get frustrated and impatient I never lose confidence in the process.
@@Reannon5 Yeah I am also studying about myopia too 💜.Plus trying in incorporate as much as good vision habit. It’s been 2 months whenever I practice active focus under good natural light I feel now when I do active focus the clarity is more as compared to first months plus is started to stay longer.
You have done a great job.
Minus 4 is a difficult level to recover from.
I have been told the same story.
Thanks for sharing, and among all of the explanations, I find Reannon yours is the most clarified.😀
thank you rso much dear reannon for all these great informations
Always glad to hear that it helps ☺️

Hi Reannon,
I have up attempting to NEGOTIATE, with an OD who will not help me.
I hope you find an OD who will help your kids with myopia prevention.

No that is not normal. If you aren’t used to them is the only reason I can think of this happening.
