I relate to a lot of things in your videos, but top of the list is now telling yourself "This is so stupid"... and still doing it anyway😅

I have just three drawers in my kitchen and the middle one always has and will always be the Drawer of Doom ⚠️

Love this video. My husband has ADHD, and we have bags of doom in the closet from years ago. I really appreciated watching you work through all of this. Also, good job on the bed. That must have been exhausting.

As someone who has worked from home a lot, I know just how important your workspace can be. Unlike an office, this is part of your home and therefore in a sense part of you, there is no escape from it, when its cluttered and not working, you feel sluggish and unproductive, and it becomes a barrier to getting stuff done. I hope the refresh works for you, looking forward to seeing what comes next.

Well this is where I came in, I found you searching for Covid vlogs in March 2020

I had scarletina as a kid, hopefully if that's what it was the rx helped. Though it's a bit funny, in a search for bullet journaling guidance in the midst of mandatory wfh time I found your channel, and I recall the original sorting of office versus main space, which is an interesting bit of bookending. The new office nook/area is quite cute, glad you were able to get the floor sorted and bedroom pulled together as well (though why mattresses are such difficult things to maneuver I will never understand - they're an outright pain sometimes).
And at the risk of being an overly invasive random internet person, you sound better and almost brighter in this video, hopefully things are going well

… maybe it’s because my couch would not at all work for sleeping on (maybe because I’m ooold ha), but any reason not to just sleep on the mattress on the floor, temporarily? Anyway, I’m so happy for you that the floor is fixed, and the bed is reassembled, I look forward to the next video 😊

to be honest I… did not think of that 😂my couch is designed to be slept on easily so maybe that’s why haha

When I moved to Prague from UK I slept on a mattress on the floor for a month, then bought the wrong size IKEA bed at slept on the mattress again for 3 more months.
Actually felt better than sleeping on a bed for some reason

Well done, always good to refresh a stale space. Looking forward to the konmari session. I hear you, it's not just clutter, it's tasks, and I don't have the bandwidth for tasks - the struggle is real ✨🌙✨

That's impressive - I'm always stuck for ever with room setup and decorations, because I don't have energy to make any changed.
One hint to deal with tasks pile, is to put post-its (or writing with a marker on it, if you can) what the next step is. So you won't have to read it again, to figure what you need to do.
Another great hint is to separate it between 'computer' (stuff to be done online) and 'errands' (stuff needing going out), and other categories like that.

Amazing idea! It seems a very logic move to have the small room just to rest and the other side to work and more social part :) Looking forward for the final results!

I am in the midst of tackling my own pile of doom, and loved this video (for many reasons, including that resonance). Looking forward to part 2! :)

Loving your "new" spaces Rachel! It looks super cozy and lovely. One of your first videos I've watched was when you moved into this flat...it was nice seeing how it changed over these three years and how much you've grown as a person. Hoping the new office and bedroom will give you good vibes😊.

The bag of doom is highly relatable as someone with ADHD, and I loved seeing you power through a project you really wanted to get done and get more organized. Gives me motivation to get things more together.

Well done! I would not start moving furniture when sick, i would just start binge watching some tv shows instead 😂 for future, ikea keeps its instructions on their website if you have their regular furniture, or you can usually google the pdf 👌 glad you’re feeling better after being the scarlet witch 😉

I love your videos, Rachel. Your style is so relaxing even when the topic is “frustration”😂. Maybe you’ve mentioned this before but I’ve been wondering for a while what tools do you use for editing???
