How odd that the announcers don't know how to fix targeting calls. Is so simple. Don't lower your head and slam it into the head of the opposing team's quarterback.

Why do they need to fix the targeting call? Maybe if he sits on the bench and other idiots do the same thing they learn not to do it given BYU 15 yards don’t mean he won’t do it again, but if he sits on the bench for a while he’ll think about not doing it again.
And they have also been a very pedestrian program for 30 years. AND ALWAYS HAD THE SAME AGE PLAYERS! DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER POOR SPORT WHINY COMPLAINTS???

How so? I see Arizona is 3-3. Utah is 4-2. Colorado is 4-1 and playing right now. ASU is 5-1. Or you referring to Big10? UCLA is 1-4. Washington is 4-2. USC is 3-3. And Oregon is now 6-0 and just beat #2 Oregon. Seems like the old teams are doing OK in their new leagues for only halfway through the season.
@@elche1976 I watched UA football my entire life, we were super over hyped, the team almost looks worse than when they were in the PAC-12. All Arizona wins are against teams outside the conference too
@@elche1976 Oregon (I’m a fan and grew up up 25 minutes from campus) is the bright lite. Otherwise not looking very good. Utah is the biggest disappointment.USC too actually….
@@dallaswood4117you never played ball, so many players at practice make this kind of tackle, but one slip up in the game and your gone. It needs to be a 15 yrd penalty unless the man is defenseless.

@@kevinm9246 This is not on the coaches, we’re trying to turn a physical game into flag football, there is no perfect world, that’s why this penalty will be changed after this season because key players are getting thrown out every week. The offensive player is trying to lower his shoulder and in most cases that is going to be some crown to crown contact if your the defender. If you want to make excuses that it’s dangerous then don’t play football. That’s what basketball and baseball are for.

Targeting is lame. I get why they have the rule but it's too easy to do in a normal tackle.
All you have to do is keep your head up so it’s face mask to helmet and not the crown it isn’t that hard to avoid
