One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

The last time these two teams played each other was in the 2017 Rose bowl. This game wasn’t as crazy as the Rose Bowl but it was still an amazing game, and a great comeback by the Lions.
Tyler Warren is a stud, it is great to see an old school football player these days. Can he also kick field goals and punt, if needed? Yet another disappointing year for USC, who never lives up to the hype.
USC lost 2 close games prior to PSU. They honestly have a solid team, I understand the hype. Losing at home is truly demoralizing though

usc forcing allar to throw, warren is best option and I am glad they road him instead of trying to force runs that weren't there, he has talent approaching gesicki and freemoose imho
First TE I've seen in a loooooong time that reminds me of Gronk. He looks stiff as hell, but he's still able to go up and get balls, has great hands at the catch point, and is just an absolute tank when he's running after the catch. Dude is a mismatch almost no matter what. Unless you have like a Kyle Hamilton or Fred Warner. If you put a DB on him he will just body them and physically dominate. If you put a LB on him he will more than likely beat them in coverage and at the catch point. To even really slow him down requires committing multiple defenders to him, which just opens up opportunities for the other receivers.
2 key 4th down conversions put Penn State on top in this one. Give USC credit for keeping this one within striking distance

I think Drew played good, the one pick he was a bit late to the read, but his own guy tipped the ball and it got picked. Then his final INT was a heave off of his back foot. His still threw for 391 yards, 2 touchdowns and came up with 2 huge 4th down completions on that final drive. Also, big comeback for Fleming. After dropping his first 2 targets today, coming up with the 2 aforementioned 4th down conversions.
I agree even with the INTs allar looked like the better QB in the long run. He showed that even when our run offense is floundering he can pick up the slack and make important plays. If he keeps up not having INTs (like normal) PSU will be in a great spot.

On both of USC's first 2 TDs, the player scoring was not using their mouthpiece. It was just hanging out as they ran into the end-zone. That will not end well one of these games. And this game is a great example of showing how valuable good kickers are.
Such a ballsy win by Penn state. I wasn’t surprised to see them come out slow. Just thought of it stayed close they could steal a win. USC is better than their record shows. It’s always tough to play there.

Cannot believe those missed calls late in this game. Clear false start? Near back to back clear PIs? Both teams played their asses off, it's a shame that the ending is so tied to the poor referee performance.

Missed holding calls too. Y’all had the game handed to you by three INTs (two where you got the ball near the end zone) and couldn’t win. You had the home field advantage of 3 time zones, and penn state played horribly with missed catches and tackles galore. Yet you couldn’t win. USC looks very concerning this year, and being salty about a no-call won’t make a difference.

That was the worst officiating I've seen in a long time. Hats off to the refs for keeping Penn State at #4. The roughing the passer call on #6 when he clearly fell down and it was unintentional. The PI calls at the end. The collar tackle on #4, no call. The call on the block on #85. Sick.
It's football...sometimes you get calls, sometimes you dont...also big ten refs tend to hold their flags, especially PI/holding late in games...regardless, don't let those 2 4th down conversions to psu, have usc kicker miss, and let the game become close like it was.
Usc is really, really good, especially at home...but ultimately psu won and good luck to both of them. Usc was up 20-6 going into the 3rd...their last regulation drive, usc needed to get in fg range.
But psu showed they are a real playoff contender with this win. Good-great teams usually always have a win like this and psu did enough to pull through. I think they'll lose to osu, especially if it's not close at halftime.
Also, #44 for psu ,that TE Warren has to be the best TE in the country...and damn, psus OC is very innovative..and allar looked great except 1 of those ints. All of them gained respect from me.

I agree those two penalties would’ve put us at the 1 yard line. We would have forced to Penn State to score and I agree with you on that because Penn State really didn’t win the game. The referees help win the game because they missed two calls the first play in overtime And on third down, they missed a call
@@Cfitz240uh yes you can. You had two INTS near the end zone and couldn’t get a touchdown off of either. Penn state missed tackles and missed catches at its worst rate all season. Our run defense played horridly and our run offense was nowhere near its usual capability. This game certainly wasn’t a reflection of Penn state being amazing, but it was a reflection of USC being unable to finish even when the game is being aggressively handed to them by the other team. Also, tons of holding no-calls on USC.

BLATANT calling against USC. We have seen it time and time again. My Grandma knew that the roughing the passer call was pure trash and to throw some cherries on top the no PI calls in Overtime. The ref was only yards away staring at the defensive back hanging on the receiver and he does not call it. The corruption of the Refs is common knowledge at this point. This game was in Overtime and with Penn State ranked #4 you can not have Refs rigging games like this. Something has to be done to get Vegas out of College Football.
The Big 10 refs came through for Penn State. Gotta maintain that ranking.

As a usc fan. I think I can speak for most is that this team has gone no where since Lincoln Riley took over. Clay Helton at least had us winning our conference and in the rose bowl. Lincoln is an OC, nothing more. I borderline hope we lose 2-3 more so Jen Cohen can fire his ass. And Pete Carroll is back on campus…

Its tough to win when youre playing 11 vs 12. Whats the point of USC joining the Big Ten is theyre not going to get a fair shake? The calls going against USC is past obvious, its criminal. It doesnt do any good to appeal either. Along with that USC just doesnt have the spark they used to have. No swag, no attitude... They play hard, but I miss the old days when Ronnie Lott and Jr Seau would knock apposing teams wide receivers into the bench area.
