Thank you for going to robot mode and making it so detailed. I was struggling up and down putting the dragon head away. You didn't even touch on craning the neck back to properly spread the opening bits, but just seeing it cued me to what I was doing wrong. I heard about the undocumented button elsewhere, but your saga of what will go wrong is greatly appreciated to burn "Don't forget this" into memory. I can forgive the dragon head's lack of clarity, but that's just shoddy of them. No wonder some of them just have links to videos now.
So I had some major issues when mine arrived the other week. The clamshell was beat to hell and broken into so many pieces. One of the beast mode feet wasn’t on the ankle, one of the robot mode hands wasn’t attached to the wrist either. The two most wide spread issues I’ve seen are the inner claws on the feet and the spring clip sections for securing the arms in bot mode needing reattaching on both arms too. Definitely one of the worst qc figs I’ve seen from mmc. I absolutely love how this fig turned out for the record and it finishes off a shelf I’ve been desperate to finish for years. I just wish for something we’ve been waiting far longer than we should have had to for qc to be better than this from a company I have come to expect near perfect qc from every time.
That’s what that spring was from! Damn. Wished in watched this first. I’ll have to look around and hope the dog didn’t eat the little plastic bits. Thanks!
MMC did such a poor job with all the poorly explained details and missing bits of info that this video is less of a review and more of a PSA announcement LOL. Great video Peaugh!

I am sorry to hear about the issues! I agree it’s weird for MMC to have that problem, they have a track record of being super solid.
@@peaugh Yeah completely, never known qc like it with mmc/ planet steel. Thankfully it was all stuff that was fixable and that’s the main thing aha

Interesting figure but I find the gorilla hands a bit to big. It would look better with smaller fist
