I'm disappointed it didn't use sprites.
Looks rough graphically but the mechanics are what's gonna matter in the end.
I don't disagree with you, but with the style of graphics missing frames or badly animated moves seem to stick out more to me. I hope they don't skimp on the animations.
hopefully city connection gives one day the Rushing Beat collection for Nintendo Switch and PS4 :D
pixel or 2d or 2D-HD would have got the fans happy, look at TMNT SR , streets of rage 4 , Double Dragon, also an immersive system is important for modern beat em ups
Gameplay looks fun with the air combos and interactive stages. Cant wait to play

I'm not sure about the aspect of this game.
Kind of disapointed they didn't tried the 2D route like SOR4 ot TMNT etc.
But it still looks interesting.

animations and movements need to be quicker/snappier, also hits need better impact sounds.

No sprites.... it's a pass for me. And the movements looks too stiff😅 gonna play again rushing beat run instead
3D graphics are better and better animations. 2D always looks stiff and janky.
Looks similar to Cobra Kai and you know how great that game is 😂
Going 2.5D. 3D sprites are the most challenging to sprite rip.
How can you take this seriously? Literally looks like they asked a random guy on the street to do the hype voice acting, and he was 20 away from the mic. Gameplay also looks a bit like a prototype.

The game takes place before Shura, connecting it to Ran, let's hope they're added later or even are unlocks!

@@BrawlersAvenue Oh, so this game is a prequel =O. I had a feeling since certain characters weren't in this one from Shura. Cause if I am not mistaken, Rick Norton was just a secret character in Shura right? I always wondered how everything led to Shura too, since most of the original cast was gone.
