- E-SERIES Econoline Van REPAIR VIDEO - In this video I replace the HEATER CORE, accessible through the passenger side area. I also reconfigure the hoses to undo a previous bypass due to a leaking heater core.

Cool Video! I have a 94' heat last's only for a short while then just blows air think it's the core or the thermostat? Any suggestion would be appreciated. And what Ford manual brand are you using? Thanks
Might be the thermostat; I made a video changing that out as well.. I don't know why the heating core would cause the heat to last only a short while.. could be though! The Ford manual I have is Haynes Ford Vans 1969 thru 1991 E100 thru E-350, but it doesn't help much with the A/C and heating; I figured most of that out on my own and with the help of other youtube videos.

What it use to be was a lot better a evap core and or heater core are always buried now

Have a '90 E150. Different arrangement and doesn't have that T fitting. These vans are a real pain to work on and like someone else said, basically no videos, no diagrams, no nothing. Absolutely hate Ford vans. Have had 4 the newest a '94. The worst of the bunch.
It took me a long time to figure out how to change mine because there are no videos on this exact arrangement.. like you said they're a real pain! I hope you got it figured out...
