- How to make an easy brownie recipe that is rich, moist and fudgy.
Here's what you'll need:
1/2 cup melted butter (120ml)
1 cup sugar (200g)
1 whole egg and 1 yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
1/2 cup all purpose flour (60g)
1/2 cup pure cocoa powder (50g)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Semi sweet chocolate(150 grams)

The title is wrong. It should be "Very Easy Brownies Recipe". I tired this and it was so good. I've had so many fails in baking brownies but this recipe is the best. Thanks for sharing. 😍🤩

Did you use caster sugar or granulated sugar?
I just made these a few hours ago and they are EXACTLY what I want in a brownie, but the process is easier! I don't have a 7x7 tray, so I used an 8x4.5 loaf pan and baked them for an extra five minutes since they were probably just a tiny bit thicker, and they turned out perfectly! I consider myself to be an above-average baker and it's always been a great shame that I've never been able to make really good basic brownies, and now I have the recipe for it- turns out it's way easier than what I've been doing!
I tried this and OH GOSH!!! it was soo good!! I did some changes that MADE IT EVEN BETTER❤️❤️
*Add 1/2 tsp of coffee powder to wet ingredients
*Instead of 1cuo white sugar I did 3/4 cup white and 1/4 brown

Okay so I have made brownies so many times before and they have failed. these were perfect and so good, next day they taste even better. next time though I would use powdered sugar so it’s easier and quicker for the sugar to dissolve. esp when you’re like me and a little impatient! great video. Thank you!
Pro tip : for fudgy and shiny on top brownies, always mix sugar with eggs. Sugar dissolves in water only not in butter... Beat eggs and sugar till pale and creamy :)

This is a awesome recipe! They're perfect! These have the shiney skin on top of the brownies, I could never do that before! I just added walnuts and used Dutch cocoa.

My take is to add 1 full cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of cocoa because I prefer mine to be more chocolatey
Tried this.. if you’re using salted butter already, please take note to LESSEN the salt (or don’t put any) in the recipe! Very important!! Mine was delicious but it was very salty 😞 please don’t do this mistake! :))
