Brilliant video. Absolutely brilliant. Perfectly explained, perfectly displayed information, perfect demonstration. Not too short, and not unecessarily long. Thanks.

Hi great videos.Im having problems with a bosch 2000.The faut icon is the only thing illuminated on the key pad.It wont arm. All it does is beep when I press any buttons.Battery & transformer are in good order.

Usually a cable fault if it was working previously. I suggest powering the unit down and powering it back up and see what happens. Is this the only keypad on the system?

Hi, I have a Bosch 3000 system and while testing it, when the sensor detects movement and it triggers the alarm, once I disarm the system, the display still showing that zone is in alarm condition (zone number flashing fast). How do I reset so the zone goes back to “not in alarm condition”? Thanks. Gerson

Arming and then disarming the system will clear the alarm memory.

Good video but still have a question. I have programmed the zone type but When I wire the smoke detector does it need a resistor in the circuit?

    • @CheapAlarmParts

Yes, all zones need a resistor, including smoke detectors.

Delay times are adjustable from 0-255 seconds.
