Hi , im having problems getting my icon keypad on line . Bosch 3000. I have 2 touch screen that work well. Addresses 1 and 2. The icon keypad is not working . What could be wrong pls.

25806# 25084211030# -- 25 -date, 08-month, 42- the last two digit of year, 11- hour, 03-minute, 0 -- none sense and the year 42 should be expired in this system
