Hi Brent, I bought from you DLA adaptor more that two years ago. I didn't use for a long. I now try to connect it to two new PCs (Windows 10 and 11) there's the same problem on both of them: A-Link shows that Solution 3000_V2.00 is connected, but doesn't show the Panel Sync dialogue. If I click on Upload from Control Panel, it seems like it loads the data, but this process in endless. Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks a lot! :)
Hey Brent. I've done what you said but I'm getting a "Communication failure. Check control Panel Type, Customer Number or other related parameters on link", and I've checked everything multiple times even stopped and started again and I'm still getting it. I'm not sure what to do, can you please help?
Hi Brent, great video. I keep getting an error when trying to retrieve the history of arming and disarming the Pannel? The error says: History Not Available . This happens only with my office alarm . Home alarm works fine ( Both are 3000 ) Many Thanks for your help
