    Hello, I just saw your 1st video yesterday + when I opened my cell today, this video was there! Your hair is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for your videos, truly keeps people like me (7 months into gray transition) on the path. Very much appreciated. 💕 xx

      Hi Gina! I’m so glad you found my videos! Thank you so much for the kind words. Keep going and you will love it. One of the best decisions I ever made. 💓

    Your hair looks lovely, healthy, and is very pretty with your complexion. As a little side-note, your glasses look cute too.
    I've been growing out my silvers for about 13 months and I'm hoping to be fully grown out in another 8. It is videos like yours (and the many fabulous videos from sparklingsilvers) that got me through the periods of doubt I had early on - esp. during the awkwardly ugly 7th month. When I felt like a troll I would binge-watch my beautiful silver sisters until the doubt was gone.

      Thank you! I agree I wouldn’t have made it through without the support (even if they didn’t know it at the time) of watching others go through it! Thank you for watching my video! 💓

    I stopped coloring my hair three years ago; I love it and wear it long. All the breakage and thinning in the crown is gone; hair grew back thick as it was when I was young. I'm 68 and in a different place age-wise but I'm sorry I ever colored my hair. Your hair is lovely and very flattering. You should do what you think is best for you but don't rush into anything. I know it takes a lot of patience to grow it out. Be well.

    Your hair looks really healthy, and it is very pretty. An the hair will continue to change color over time. Mine has since I transitioned. Natural highlights

      It definitely is way healthier after I stopped coloring it. I felt like my hair was thinning too and it seems like it’s fuller now. I love seeing the changes so I’m sure it will be fun to see what happens over time. Thank you so much for watching my video!

    It totally does NOT. “Age” you. It looks smooth and shiny, and absolutely intentional…. A hair color that the young millennials envy that’s for sure !!!!’ 3:50

      Right? I thought that when I first started the process. I saw young women paying and having multiple sessions to have their hair a similar color!

    I must say that I used to be very blond like my profile pic and now im like you on wash days. Day two is much darker and I do feel very dull n drab especially with my hair up. Thinking of waiting until I get more grey.. Or get a few money pieces :)

    I have silver almost white hair coming through and I don't mind it at all but some friends that have just let the grey grow out they said they feel kinda dull and drab. They said unless they have makeup on they just look washed out and that puts me off letting it grow out.

    • @figuringoutmy40s
      @figuringoutmy40s  Год назад

      If you have silver and white you will probably love it! I love my whites and silvers. Everyone’s gray comes in differently but I feel like if I keep up with a nice cut and put some curls in I don’t feel washed out. Makeup does help at least for me but I think I would feel that way regardless. I thought my hair was going to look way more gray than it does. It is kind of fun to see what it ends up looking like. Kind of like a little experiment! 😉 Good luck in whichever decision you make. You will know when you are ready! But… if you choose to let it grow out… you will rock it I’m sure!

      You're right I do like the silver white! I have a friend that has her natural white hair and it'd beautiful it's long an shiny and it really brightens her face. I wouldn't mind if lighter I'm just not keen on the darker greys x yr hair looks lovely and healthy mine has been thinning a little x

    Natural grey hair is so beautiful. I’m 30 and I have just the beginnings of one or two. My brother is 49 with a full head of hair and he’s got long hair that’s both grey and white and he looks wonderful.
    You look Incredible! My brother said you’re stunning. In fact you’ve got some of the nicest grey hair I’ve ever seen. And does grey hair make you look older? Absolutely not. It’s just another colour, and it’s becoming very acceptable. I say this - if you’re naturally grey then actually, I believe you’re quite lucky.

    These women spend about an hour talking about whether or not they are going to dye their hair…. Make up your mind BEFORE you go online!
