So, now I have started to embrace my gray hair. After all most a year and now it's getting back thick again. After looking at your video makes me want to try dying it again. I’ve never heard of this brand, I will check it out. I use the Clairol semi-permanent for gray hair. I color every 6-8 weeks. I never thought to do a protein treatment before coloring, I do it after. Your hair is gorgeous! ❤️🙏🏾❤️

I'm using a shampoo hair dye, bought from Ali Express. I love it 🖤🖤🖤 But I'm also going to start taking in black strap molasses daily. Your hair will turn black after a few months.

Indigo with henna works great to color the hair black. It prevents the copper reddish color henna imparts in the hair when used alone. Indigo like henna, cassia, are natural safe non toxic herbs with a plethora or health benefits for the hair and body

I honestly think the grey would flatter you more😊. I believe that's why we grey as we get older-to flatter our changing features. Sometimes the dark hair can be too harsh against an aging face-just my 2 cents. I'm going to embrace my grey when it comes in. I think it's pretty!

Whether completely grey hair makes one look 2 times older simply depends on the face it's framing-- like most hairstyles and hair color. Having a face that clearly looks older and having jetblack or solid brown hair is a really harsh, unrealistic look, but again, that's just my humble opinion.
My hair has fallen out. It’s very fine. I been using rinse since the box dye was causing so much damage. Your hair is gorgeous. I use clairol hair rinse it is geared towards covering gray and lasting longer. I like it a lot. Not sure about it lasting longer.

I just keep my natural grays. I have dyed my hair for years, but for over 10 years I stopped as my hair keeps shedding from dying. Then it started to grow extremely longer after stopping. But I guess to each their own.
@@traciwilliams5673 Oh no, yes I can definitely see the dryness, especially at the ends; you have beautiful hair, though. Possibly, oil it before dying a day or two before, see if that helps the dryness, as you know that’s a recipe for hair braking.
Each time I dye my edges which is where most of my Gray hairs are. I notice a lot of thinning at the corners each time I do it.! Even when I used a Henna which is supposed to be more natural!

I have been applying Henna for the past 7 years and it has worked wonderfully for me. Depending on the color or shade your looking for ranging from black, dark brown, brunette, copper or red. The mixture of henna and indigo and the ratio of these two mixtures will determine the color outcome. For example, if you mix half henna/half indigo you will get dark brown. If you just apply henna alone your hair is going to be copper.
@WillettaWhite I purchase Nupur Henna Hair dye and Zenia Indigo powder. I live in NY, and there is a large Indian community here. You may be able to purchase online. Also, I purchased from Hennasooq online. I buy the Moroccan Henna and the Organic Indigo powder. The site has a chart so you can decipher the correct measurements and ratio for the outcome you desire. I think I wasn't able to post because I typed in the website.
I have been using this combination for over 10yrs. Unfortunately for me, I henna colored my hair back in Nov 23, and for some reason my hair started breaking off by Dec. Do henna and indigo powders go bad? Is it possible I purchased a bad batch?
Hi Sandra, I don't like to put any kind of dye in my hair. I too use to use henna and you are correct, it does change the hair to weird colors but I did like the strength it gave my hair. I heard that black tea is good for grey hair (not sure...haven't tried it).

I don't know if this will help anyone, but I use activated charcoal on my graying edges. It is natural and works well!!
How do you use it and for how long it will last?

If you relax your hair when can you dye it.
Grey hair on an aging face just makes you look 2 times older. The in-between is better not all grey but not colored

Yes dye is so drying to my hair…it feels like straw.

This is a rinse not a dye. Dye is permanent this washes out after several washes and if you use oil it removes faster

Will this dye help bring my true color back. My hair is salt and pepper right now, but I usually natural brown.
