I remember watching this on tv with my mum and dad back in 1990 … it was a big event for us, as we were big Floyd/Waters fans and we’d just seen Pink Floyd on tour back in 88.
I was looking for this song to ping an FB thread. I saw LONG instrumentals of this tune. Nobody has time for that! This here clip is the bomb, Roger Waters sitting in a chair with a TV like Bobby Geldorff this is fuggin awesome.
@brentrogers6025 Yes, that is absolutely correct. However, I was speaking about the classical guitar piece, Is There Anybody Out There, which was performed by Rick DiFonzo. In "Nobody Home," yes, it is Snowy White playing the solo on his Gold top Les Paul. Cheers!
@@thomascavanaugh5895 on the album version, there are not drums on the song. they do seem kind of out of place at first, i did dig the guitar solo though
I like to imagine an alternate universe where Roger and the band sorted out their differences and he never left. This concert would have had them playing, they might have worked on Rogers “Pros And Cons Of Hitchhiking”, maybe even doing “Household Objects”
I've got a strong urge to fly, but I've got nowhere to fly to. Immense poetic verse.
No doubt an incredible lyricist Roger is. This music with the orchestra adds such a depth to the piece; very moving.

Wathers fun??
I was in Munich on the Animals tour in Olimpia halle Waters is a fucking lunatic (no in the grass)
What an incredible artist. The whole album is wonderful. These two songs are breathtaking and god I love them so much.
HD forever, my brother.
Thanks for making my day
I want this song at my funeral
I play this whole thing on the piano almost every night.

Wish I was
I was there, too.
Both Wall and Final cut are definitely Rođer Waters' solo albums. Amen
Grande ROGER WATERS un temazo del disco
THE WALL
Un tema imperdible NOBODY HOME con mucha profundidad
Un genio WATERS .
One of the greatest concert of all time
love it, thanks mr hdpinkfloyd
Simply beautiful piece of music.
the orchestra adds such another dimension.
Snowy white signed here one of the best solos ever made !!!!!!
Rick DiFonzo plays this piece and Snowy White is the backup guitarist here.
and now every time I hear the LP version, I wish it was on there!
it's actually Snowy playing that solo...on his Gold Les Paul. Snowy does play accompany on the acoustic portion, however. @@LionRex9250

As a drummer, I like the song without drums. Piano and orchestra just flows more naturally
En mi opinión no porque también yo soy baterista y soy multi instrumentista y la batería si tiene que ir acompañada de esta hermosa canción
100 percent.

PINK FLOYD IS THE BEST BAND

Extra lol
Rog used a Les Paul for the guitar solo. It used to be a Strat.
There's no solo here in the original version
Too bad it's not the original Pink Floyd
