Thanks Doctor, I'm suffering of a shoulder tendonosis for more than three years, sadly the small town where I live don't have good specialists. Your videos gave some hope to heal my condition. Thanks Doctor.
Thank you for this great information… I seem to have chronic tendon problems in my TFCC left hand and wrist to elbow pain in my right hand. I’ve been going to OT and she has been using dexamethasone but it’s just not helping and I’m starting to get so depressed because I can’t do anything anymore. This is the first i’ve heard of manual therapy… She once did a five minute massage on the right arm and it felt wonderful. She is discharging me after six visits and I didn’t make progress. Really sad about this and I’m wondering if maybe I could somehow get more manual therapy… I just don’t know how to do that because I cannot tell her what to do. I’m with Kaiser here in San Diego
Hey Laura, Sorry to hear that! The TFCC in the hand can be difficult to treat for sure. I use a lot of manual treatments to help people get out of pain and then rehab. Kaiser has its ups and downs but TFCC takes some time. We are here in San Diego! Feel free to reach out. sandiegospineandsport.com/

I been having pain about 5 months with tendonosis. I been seeing doctors about it. What's best thing to start with. I stated wearing a brace to help with the pain. Pain is in my right elbow.
Bracing at night helps. Active rest and some soft tissue, laser, acupuncture can help too! AFter you reduce your pain, you'll need to do some isometrics
Thanks for the video man, I have pain in the lateral lower side of my upper arm when doing push ups. Or any kind of pulling or pushing movement. Do you have any idea what this might be and how to maybe go about fixing it?
Glad to help. Many of the items I mentioned in this video will help. In addition, the video you commented on ticep pain, that mobilization help the pain. If you cannot reach it properly, its best to have some massage on it.
I took an MRI becaus with the pain I’ve dealt with on my right knee is mental. 2 months of chronic pain posterior, medial and lateral area! Pain comes from full extension of the leg at up to 20-10 degree range without any weight just straight leg extension! I was told that all ligaments are in tact and as well as menisci is good but they “think” it’s hamstring tendinopathy. So I have been trying some isometric exercises as well as eccentric! I have documented that I found relief from pain durian exercises this way! What else could I do to implement? Aside from being patient and repetitive with exercise and supplementation?

Great video, thank you.
Glad you liked it!
What would be a good amount of vitamin C to take?
500 mg per day. No need for more than that.

I’ve had bilateral wrist flexor tendinitis for 10 years and don’t know how to make it go away.
