That mini tugboat of four thousands of an inch is definitely NOT the same one shown in thevideo. The scale is completely wrong. These ones are around perhaps 6 inches long, I say "these ones" because you show at least three different "mini tugboats" in that clip - A white one with blue trim, A dark blue one with white cabin, An orange one with white cabin.. The real microscopic tugboat is all one color ( I mean, how would you paint something smaller than a match head?). I think the bigger ones might be for testing sailing characteristics, though, even the foot long one..
