I have been searching forever for someone who has videos on early Montero's! I have a first gen montero and the videos on this and the raider are really helpful!

I am trying to pull the heads on my 95 Montero SR to find and replace what I'm told is a bent value. We have pulled the 8 head bolts and the exhaust manifold and the water pipe on the bac of the head, but it is either heavily stuck or we have missed bolts somewhere. Did you have a problem separating the head from the block?

Did you ever find (or do you still have a copy) of the full video? I'm about to do my Valve Cover gaskets on my 95SR and seeing how (and the order) you tackle disassembly to get to the rocker covers would be awesome.

I believe there is a cam or crank sensor wire that is supposed to feed through the notch at the bottom of the cover. Make sure you are not pinching or crushing it
